I love it, fresh and light thanks to the bergamot; the ginger adds a spiced, zesty touch, a perfect combination. It has one major flaw: longevity. It lasts nothing; you put it on at home and when you step out, you smell nothing. The price is outrageous for the quality.
Forget that sweet English gingerbread scent. This one wakes up the dead, chewy and Japanese. I’m utterly enchanted by that optimistic vibe, so simple and recognisable; it feels so right. One of my sisters wears it in summer and I associate it with August nights ready to head to the beach with friends. One of the best from Roger & Gallet.
