A scent that revives perfumes from the past; wonderful, warm and cosy, ideal for those crisp autumn mornings. It is a floral chypre that mixes warmth with a certain freshness, femininity and tenderness. The composition is very balanced in spices; nothing dominates; everything flows to leave an enveloping and non-intrusive smell. The projection is not brutal and it lasts around six hours, but if you like vintage, it is a charm that stands the test of time, stopping and capturing you. A perfume in just the right measure; I love it.

It is a fragrance that revives perfumes and scents from the past; wonderful, warm and cosy, ideal for those crisp autumn mornings. A floral chypre that, besides warmth, conveys freshness, femininity and tenderness. It has a very balanced composition in its spices; none stands out more than the others; all notes flow in perfect equilibrium to leave an enveloping scent that is not overpowering. Its projection is not high and its longevity hovers around six hours. If you like vintage, it is a charming scent that stands the test of time, stopping and capturing you. A perfume in just the right measure. I love it.

I picked up a bottle at a ridiculous price and it is a marvel: delicious, cheerful and cosy. It is an ambered floral chypre, a real gem suitable for anyone. Run and buy it; it does not disappoint.

I picked up a bottle at a laughable price and it is a beast. Delicious, cheerful and cosy, it is an ambered floral chypre that smells exquisite and suits both boys and girls perfectly. Run and buy it because it does not disappoint in the slightest.

What a delight! I thought it would be a heavy vintage chypre, like the 90s, with dense incense, moss and sandalwood, musky, like Diva or Fendi. But Hot is bright and cheerful, a classic of the old school but with its own personality. It is totally unisex, elegant and soft, perfect for everyday wear for under £10. The laurel is incredible, without that usual bitterness, thanks to vanilla, honey and cinnamon which give it sweetness without overwhelming. The honey is light and combines perfectly with the amber and the floral heart, where the carnation stands out above all with its green note, alongside moss, incense and cedar. It is not as dark or daring as its ‘older sisters’ (Obsession, Tabú, Coco), but rather tenderer, more angelic and approachable, like a young girl who has just left adolescence. The only downside is that the trail and longevity are short, around four hours, ideal for reapplying or using in the office, but given the price it is worth it. Furthermore, it is discreet, ideal for enjoying it without leaving a trail in the room. The bottle is beautiful and comfortable, although not for carrying in a bag.

What a delight! I expected a heavy vintage chypre from the 90s, potent, with aldehydes, decadent flowers, incense, moss, dominant sandalwood and a musky/soapy/powdery touch, something dense like Diva, Rumba or Fendi. And yes, it is vintage, but with its own personality. It is not dense or powdery; it is bright and cheerful, ideal for everyday wear. Unisex and elegant, with impeccable harmony and spices in just the right measure. The laurel is present but without bitterness thanks to cinnamon, vanilla and honey, which give it sweetness without overwhelming. The honey is light and combines perfectly with the flowers and amber. The floral heart is a dream for lovers of carnations, which stands out with its green note alongside moss, incense, sandalwood and cedar. It is a chypre of the old school, less spiced than Obsession/Tabú, less darkly sweet than Coco/Maxim’s, reminiscent of Asja and Fendi but less daring. It is like the younger sister: less mature, more angelic and approachable. It shares the DNA of its older sisters with a dominant carnation that captivates me. The only drawback is the weak trail and longevity (around four hours), but given the price, it is worth it for daily use or short outings. Being more discreet, it is great for enjoying in private or going unnoticed. It occupies its unique space in the collection. The bottle is pretty and comfortable to use, though not for carrying around.
