  I was looking for that tropical guava and passion fruit scent I loved so much—fruity notes with a powerful aroma that fills a room, to the point where there’s even a book about the smell of guava. They’re very typical of the Caribbean and Latin America, but with this perfume, something went wrong with the tester I smelled; it smells extremely soft, nothing like that intense fruity bomb of passion fruit. I’ve been disappointed; I’ll be searching for the other version, hoping it’s more potent and aromatic, because this one smells very soft and common.

  I’m here to defend this fragrance a bit: it’s very sweet, yet not gourmand, floral and original. It resembles only those from its family, very similar to Hypnôse EDP; it’s mature but far more wearable—the original can be quite overwhelming, this one isn’t. Longevity and sillage are fairly decent. It’s not for everyone; you have to like the intense sweetness and try it, although I think it’s already discontinued.
