  Hello everyone, this is my first review and seeing that this fragrance had none, I decided to create an account. Among my first perfumes, these are the ones that caught my attention most and which I have never encountered again in any other scent. Straight from the bottle and as it dries down, it smells of anise, to that great umbelliferous plant, anise, when you crush it, which is exactly how it smelled to me at El Corte Inglés, recommended by one of the staff members. I had tried this designer’s Potion years before, and discovering this He Wood Intense was a success in finding this aroma for me, novel in perfumery and reminding me so much of an afternoon in spring in a field full of anise plants. If Potion was the Dandy Man of Desquared2, then this He Wood Intense is the Cool Water of Desquared2. In short, it was something very fresh and herbal, and it doesn’t smell of violets to me, but of freshly cut or trodden sweet, anise-flavoured herbs.
