Launched in 2026, Invasion Boreal from Mirror is an aromatic scent for women and men, created by Rodolfo Melo.
Mint, bergamot, grapefruit, mandarin and green notes form the top, while dew drop, cypress, cinnamon, cardamom, leather and rose shape the heart, rounded by tonka bean, musk and sandalwood.
At first spray it is brisk and herbal: cooling mint, bright citrus and a distinctly green, leafy sharpness.
The dew drop accord lends a moist, translucent quality, as if after rainfall in a northern wood. Cypress keeps it lofty and resinous.
Cinnamon and cardamom lend measured warmth, spiced rather than sugared. Rose is kept tidy and fresh, favouring clarity over lushness.
Leather provides the counterpoint — dry and faintly animalic — setting the aromatic, woody framework on a firmer footing.
