The first impression is crisp and mouth-watering, with bitter orange peel and an Aperol flavour that is citrus-led with a herbaceous bitter finish. Pepper lends dry lift rather than heat.
Through the middle, Earl Grey feels properly infused, aromatic and faintly green with bergamot brightness. Cardamom keeps it airy, nutmeg brings a soft, rounded warmth.
