Kaiak by Natura

Fresh, soapy, citrusy and marine. Smells like a neat, pleasant man. I’d give it more points if it lasted a bit longer.

After the adventure, this is the prettiest… buy blind because it’s super classic. If you’re looking for something off the beaten track, this isn’t it. But if you want something everyone will like, yes. Classic doesn’t mean old; it smells like several fresh perfumes and cleanliness. Like all Kaiaks, a ten out of ten.

A gift and at first I didn’t pay it any mind. It’s full-on for hot days. It’s a very basic perfume. It falls behind compared to any other in the line, given there are so many options with more aromatic proposals; I see this one as unnecessary. Nevertheless, it has its charm and goes great for working out, lasts its usual time on clothes.

I love this perfume, ideal for hot days and informal nights with friends at a bar, very relaxed with bermudas and a t-shirt. Fresh and green to death if you like Náutica Voyager, it goes that way, but my taste is a step up. I love it. Very fresh and long-lasting, about six hours when worn well; at the fifth application, I’d add a couple of sprays. Highly recommended, no age restriction in my opinion.

Kaiak from Natura. Along with Aventura Expediciones, they were the first Kaiaks for men, before the whole string followed, losing its originality. Citrus perfume, off the shelf. It’s easy and pleasant, but gets lost among the thousand similar ones that exist. It doesn’t force the nose and gives a sense of cleanliness, powdery. Ideal for hot days, after a shower or the gym. I think it’s a mistake to say it’s ‘similar’ to Versace or Dior because although the opening may be similar, the heart notes, the trail and the definition of aromas are very different. Within ‘perfumes for any occasion’, it’s a safe purchase. Rating: 7/10.

Smells like shaving foam!

Didn’t grab me at first, but then I grew to like it. Smells like just out of the shower, herbal and acidic. The downside is it lasts only an hour on skin. I use it for the gym or at home, not for going out. 5.5 out of 10.

Fresh and herbal, perfect for use as an aftershave. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price; it’s a masculine scent but nothing more. I wouldn’t buy it again, not even for a penny.

Smells like villero-turro; if you’re from here, you’ll understand. It’s not ugly but not rich either; it smells like cheap perfume and deodorant, like Kevin Ice or Colbert Space. Only the citrus is noticeable close to the skin; the rest is sweet and musky. I don’t recommend it, only for giving to someone who knows little about perfumes.

My perfume from 17 to 24, fresh and rich, never fails. Gives the sensation of being frozen. It’s from the catalogue, economical; there are more lasting options with better trail. But for extreme heat, it’s a 10 out of 10.

A contemporary men’s classic that never fails: fresh, marine, and clean. Suits any age and is the perfect basic for men who don’t usually wear perfume.

A basic fragrance with little originality, very similar to Avon’s Musk Marine, although this one is more potent and lasts longer.

I have samples of Kaiak Eau de Parfum. At first it smells very masculine and cheap, with lots of typical 1970s musk. Although it blends styles and smells clean like after a shower, it’s not soft. I enjoy it despite its flaws.

What I like most about Natura is the quality, and this doesn’t fail. What bothers me is that the prices aren’t as low and the longevity is short. It’s fresh, reminiscent of Avon’s Musk Marine but with much better quality. It smells wet, mossy, and salty, like those Gillette deodorants with a mountain of ice that I loved as a child. It has metallic and sandalwood nuances, especially in the Xtreme version. I highly recommend it if you find it on offer: easy to gift and generally liked.

Smells superbly rich. It doesn’t have much sillage, but when you get close it smells delicious. On my husband’s skin it makes me want to get closer. Although the opening is fresh, it becomes warm and sweet over time. Plus: it lasts a very long time.
