Natura Kaiak Ultra Masculino is an aromatic woody fragrance for men. Launched in 2019, this composition was created by Verônica Kato, Jean-Christophe Hérault and Jean-Marc Chaillan. The top notes unfold with citrus, metallic notes, bergamot, lemon, anise, grapefruit, juniper, rosemary, orange, pink pepper and styrax; the heart reveals aldehydes, lavender and jasmine; while the base notes settle on moss, patchouli, cedar, leather and amber.

  • Excellent summer option: frozen anise, water, and styrax with cedar and patchouli. The brand suggests putting it in the fridge to boost it, 🙄😜. The opening is potent, citrusy, and fresh, but smells like mentholated dandruff shampoo, which takes points off if you’ve tried it before. Reminds me of Aventus Cologne (not a clone, but shares notes); it’s cheaper but doesn’t add anything new. A good sporty, functional fragrance that doesn’t draw attention. Good value for heat without wanting to stand out. If you’re looking for something similar, try Ducati Fight for Me.

  • It has nothing to do with Creed Aventus. If I had to say what it reminds me of, I’d say Polo Sport. It’s fresh and has that 90s vibe, but nothing to do with Aventus

  • Kaindragoon

I just want to state one fact: it is NOTHING like Creed Aventus or its inspirations. It’s a very fresh anise perfume that lasts between 2 and 4 hours

  • Personally, the opening smells of mint, which gives a cold sensation. It’s a burst of mint with citrus at the start. A Brazilian YouTuber says it’s Viking mixed with Aventus, but I don’t see any resemblance to Aventus

  • Kaindragoon

It shares no chords or ingredients with Aventus. They are nothing alike, neither in the opening nor the dry down. It’s anise and mint that lasts 2-4 hours depending on the skin and weather

  • After wearing it for three weeks, the scent is excellent, but it lasts a breath. If it gives you three hours, that’s already a lot

  • ignacioech

Forget the claims that it smells like Aventus or Vibrant Leather. Definitely not. It’s more of a less polished, younger, sweeter version of Polo Blue, perhaps due to the mint, but it’s just a hint

  • Fidel chong

Seriously, it smells very much like Armani Code Sport, which is no longer sold. I can’t find any resemblance to Aventus or Viking

  • It does its job, but it doesn’t smell like other perfumes. Like the naturals, the notes aren’t balanced: they hit all at once or the alcohol masks them

  • byrgertidesson

Wow, I nearly burst out laughing seeing the perfumes mentioned as similar are Creed Aventus and Aventus Cologne. Without being a fan of these fragrances: it seems ridiculous to me. It’s a fresh fragrance that differs from the original due to the metallic notes, but to my nose, they don’t add a cold sensation, and besides, it has worse performance and projection. It smells good… but I don’t think it’s worth the hype (6/10). Natura offers better perfumes, even within the same Kaiak line.

  • A solid fragrance with a good opening, citrusy, and with that metallic touch that gives it character, ideal for summer. The only drawback is that the projection fades after two hours and lasts about half an hour on the skin, so you need to reapply if you want it to last. For me, it remains one of the best Kaiak.

  • Truth be told, it’s a good fragrance with a nice opening, well citrusy and metallic. It’s interesting for summer. The negatives are that the projection lasts at most two hours and on the skin between five and six hours; for good performance, I recommend reapplying after a few minutes. For me, it’s top three of the best Kaiaks.

  • Very similar to Zara Vibrant Leather; even the performance and longevity are comparable, although the trail is very short.

  • Very similar to Zara Vibrant Leather; I find them almost identical, even in performance. Longevity is moderate but the sillage is very weak.

  • Starts fresh, citrusy, and with a spicy sweetness that I swear is ginger (every nose is different). Then it becomes mentholated, sharp, and slightly bitter as it dries down; that part doesn’t quite hook me. It’s fine close to the nose, but not my favourite, beware if buying blind.

  • Opens fresh, citrusy, with a sweet spicy touch (I swear it smelled like ginger, but every nose is a world). Then it becomes more mentholated, citrusy, and sharp. In the dry-down, it turns slightly bitter, which is what doesn’t attract me, but close to the nose, I do like it. I wouldn’t see it as a blind buy, watch out.

  • I bought it on offer; otherwise, I wouldn’t have risked it. To be honest: the opening didn’t suit me at all; it smells like a floor cleaner, type Procenex. Just the opening. After five minutes, it feels powdery, then shifts to citrus and improves significantly. It bears no resemblance to Vibrant Leather or Creed; it would be disrespectful to say otherwise. I don’t understand how they charge nearly 6,000 pesos in Argentina (July 2022). For less than 3,000, you can get Blue Seduction by Antonio Banderas, which is a beauty, and you’d have plenty left over for a Benetton. If you can’t get it for under 2,000, it’s not worth it. Scent: 3/10, Longevity: 3/10, Projection: 2/10, Sillage: 1/10, Value for money: 2/10, Blind buy: 1/10, Versatility: 3/10, Season: warm climates.

  • I picked it up on offer; otherwise, I wouldn’t have risked it. To be honest: the opening didn’t suit me at all; it smells like marine floor cleaner, like Procenex. Only the opening. After five minutes, it feels powdery, but then it shifts to citrus and improves a lot as it dries down. It doesn’t resemble Vibrant Leather or Creed in the least; it would be disrespectful to say so. I don’t understand how they charge nearly 6,000 pesos in Argentina (July 2022). For less than 3,000, you can get Blue Seduction by Antonio Banderas, which is a beauty, and you’ll have change to buy a Benetton or similar. Seriously, if you can’t get it for under 2,000, it’s not worth it. I have nothing against Natura; they have good perfumes, but this isn’t one of them. Scent: 3/10, Longevity: 3/10, Projection: 2/10, Trail: 1/10, Value for money: 2/10, Blind buy: 1/10, Versatility: 3/10, Season: warm climates.

  • Kraneal, don’t lie to people. No Antonio Banderas fragrance is worth less than 3,000 (or 10 dollars), let alone for a Benetton. For 2,000 Argentine pesos, you don’t even get a Colbert Noir, which is the cheapest and most mundane in Argentine perfumery.

  • Rodrigo te lo digo

Reading the reviews, I’d say it smells like metallic mint, fresh, with good trail. I don’t know what these people are talking about regarding cleanliness; it smells great if you like fresh-from-the-shower scents. It’s more intense than Urbe and Océano. Excellent, I recommend it.

  • Rodrigo te lo digo

Reading reviews, this scent is metallic, mentholated, and very fresh with a good trail. I don’t know where they buy those cleaning products mentioned below, because it smells rich, rich if you like fresh-from-the-shower perfumes. I keep it alongside Urbe and Océano, and this is the most intense. Excellent, I recommend it.

  • The scent itself is decent and so is the longevity, but I can’t stand that mix of metal and spices; it’s too invasive and gives me nausea. Apart from that, it smells okay. I don’t recommend buying blind; I did and regretted it, I can’t use it because of how it affects me.

  • The smell is decent and it lasts, but that mix of metal and spices feels invasive to me and even gives me nausea. That’s all I detect. If you like it, fine, but I don’t recommend buying blindly as I did and now I regret it.

  • STGO.DECANT

I was gifted this one; initially, it smells like mint gel, very clean thanks to the rosemary and citrus notes. Then the anise emerges with a light metallic touch. I liked the scent; it lasts about four hours. Recommended. To me, it reminds me of Sedley by PDM, nothing like Aventus.

  • I’ve never smelled Aventus, but with Kaiak Ultra at four hours, I notice the heart and base smell like the opening of Antonio Banderas Icon EDT. Curious, the dry-down of one mimics the opening of the other. I bought it on impulse for the price; with over 35°C here, it’s super fresh. The metallic note at the start can be annoying, especially if the spray gets in your eyes, but it’s tolerable if you don’t overdo it. Lasts about five hours (six on skin, two on clothes). UPDATE: I gave it away. I used it a few times and liked it less; it gave me a headache and felt too sharp. I kept it hoping to sell it. My brother was given it for his birthday (alongside Cuba Authentic Bold). As we live in the same house, I can hear it from the other end of the garden. Curiously, now that he’s wearing it, I appreciate it more: it smells good, fresh but dense, like a mojito with lots of citrus.

It’s a fragrance I know many might like, but for me, aside from the menthol, I feel a very strong metallic sting at the beginning. It improves over time, but unfortunately, it’s not to my liking.

  • I just added it to my collection. Ideal for casual use, a bit sophisticated, for daytime and in warm weather (not for sports). It reminds me 98% of Zara Vibrant Leather, although it’s better because Zara’s alcohol burns. The sensation is like D. Coolwater but with a more modern twist.

  • I’ve never smelled Aventus, but I’ve been wearing Kaiak Ultra for four hours and the heart and base notes remind me of the opening of Antonio Banderas Icon EDT. It’s curious that one’s dry-down seems like the other’s opening. I bought it on impulse for the price. Here it’s over 35°C during the day and 30°C at night, so it’s perfect for this season, ultra fresh. That metallic note at the start can be annoying, especially if the spray gets in your nose, but it’s tolerable if you don’t overdo the spray. It lasts about 5 hours; today is the first day I used it well, 6 hours on skin and 2 on clothes. UPDATE: I gave it away. I used it a couple of times, and the more I used it, the less I liked it; it gave me a headache, and the scent felt very piercing. I kept it in its box waiting to sell it. My brother had a birthday, and I gave it to him (along with Cuba Authentic Bold, inspired by Bad Boy). We live in the same house, and I hear him when he puts it on at the other end of the yard. Curiously, since I gave it to him, I appreciate it more, and yes, it smells quite good, fresh but dense, like a mojito with lots of citrus.

  • I bought this Kaiak because a friend used it and I loved his citrus opening, like lemon. At first, it was fine, but the dry-down smells of metal with a strength I consider unsustainable. I don’t know if it’s my skin, but definitely it’s not a wearable scent. Opening: 8/10, Dry-down: 2/10.

  • Kaiak Ultra reminded me of Creed Aventus instantly, so I bought it without hesitation. But what a disappointment: it gave me nausea, I think due to the aldehydes. I could only tolerate it after many hours. It’s not rare that it has a bit of Creed’s DNA, as it was created by Jean-Christophe Hérault, the same person who made Aventus for Natura. Almost without using it, I thought about selling it, but I couldn’t. Then I tried layering: first Supremacy Not Only Intense (sweeter, smokier, and darker) and then a drop of the sharp, aldehydic Kaiak Ultra. Boom! I had the best of both worlds, although my nose still felt heavy, it got much closer to Aventus. In the end, Aventus is Aventus, sublime and impossible to copy. The first time I smelled it without knowing about Creed, it captivated me all day without bothering me. I don’t buy it in Argentina because the price is outrageous: 100ml cost $850.

  • I opened an old, stored bottle, and after a few days, I was disappointed; YouTube reviews said it was Natura’s Aventus (the Essentiel Scent), but I found a citrus-metallic opening that, when mixed with the green notes, smells like mint, then follows the citrus and cedar woods emerge. The perfume didn’t perform for me, but it has improved with oxygen. Like all Kaiak, it doesn’t last long, but the scent is fresh and pleasant. It’s not a line that surprises. In terms of projection, nothing beats the old Aero, while Urbe and Pulso are the best in my opinion for scent.

  • I bought it as a Christmas present to myself, of course, as I practice blind shopping 🤣🤣 I paid $30. I was worried about the metallic note, and the truth is I was wrong. It’s rich, very masculine. The dry-down reminded me of Lattafa Shaheen Silver.

  • It starts with the elegance of Creed and settles into the freshness of Avon Musk Freeze.

  • daniel_fv22

Here’s the confusion: Kaiak Ultra is a light and fresh scent reminiscent of Creed Aventus COLOGNE, not the regular one. It’s not identical; it’s a similarity due to that metallic note. It lasts 5-6 hours, very solid for the gym.

  • It’s one of my favourite perfumes: super fresh, one of the freshest I’ve tried, with a leather note that adds depth. It’s the hidden gem of Natura (for me). It has better quality than many Arab and designer perfumes I’ve heard of. If you see it, buy it, as they don’t release it every year and it’s hard to find. You’ll smell different from the rest. By the way, I’ve used Avon Musk Freeze, Natura Essencial Sentir, Zara Vibrant Leather, and Creed Aventus, and none compare to the freshness of Kaiak Ultra. I’ve heard of the Aventus cologne, but it’s just diluted Aventus; I prefer Kaiak sincerely. I’ve bought it twice and can’t find it anymore :´(
