About Kilimanjaro
Kilimanjaro: Bright Spice Settling into Moss and Wood
Created by Maurus Bachmann, Kilimanjaro by Peak Love is a 2026 fragrance made for both women and men.
The composition favours a clear shift from sparkling citrus-spice to something drier and more grounded, where coffee meets stone, moss and timber.
Top notes are aldehydes, Timur, bergamot and ginger. The aldehydes feel airy and freshly laundered, bergamot lends citrus lift, and ginger alongside Timur adds a lively, peppery chill.
Through the middle come mineral notes, earthy notes and coffee. The effect is arid and stony rather than soft, the toasted bitterness of coffee cutting through the dustiness.
The drydown rests on amber, musk, oakmoss and cedar. Amber lends muted depth, musk refines the wear, while oakmoss and cedar give a composed, mossy-woody close.
Taken together, the scent is fresh-spicy and earthy with citrus and woods to the fore, supported by fresh, musky, mossy, mineral and amber tones. It stays lean and tidy, with little sweetness on show.
It should appeal to wearers who favour contemporary shared scents, especially dry citrus, unsweetened coffee, oakmoss and restrained cedar.
Kilimanjaro holds its line well, from luminous opening to mineral centre to settled woods. A neat, well-proportioned addition to the Peak Love range.
