The bottle is gorgeous and smells of a mature woman, but I wouldn’t recommend it for parties as the trail lasts zero minutes. In the office, it stayed quiet for 9 hours. I’m not bothered by strong scents, but this isn’t for that.

  2. Despite the good reviews, it doesn’t grab me. An aunt gifted it to me and although I loved the packaging, it smells old-fashioned and gives me a headache.

  3. Despite the good reviews, I’m not hooked. An auntie gave it to me; I said the packaging was cool, but it smells of an old lady and gives me a headache.

I bought it blindly because of the bottle, which is beautiful, but I haven’t liked it at all. It smells of an older woman, I don’t detect the roses, and it makes me nauseous. Tastes are subjective, surely. It’ll go in my collection on my shelf.

  5. I bought it blind because the bottle looked gorgeous, and despite all the positive reviews, it didn’t work for me at all. It smells old-ladyish to me; I don’t detect the roses, just a scent that gives me nausea and headaches. Preferences are subjective, but it will go into my collection on the shelf.

  6. The bottle is gorgeous and the notes sound good… but it disappears in 40 minutes. I tested it cold and it smells of coloured pencils. I thought it was my pH, but on paper, fabric, and pillowcase, the fixation is terrible. What a shame, it looked lovely. I like the chords, but it’s very fleeting. Perhaps I’ll give it another chance in summer.

  7. It is elegant, subtle, with clear Bulgarian rose and mandarin. Very feminine and delicate. The bottle is beautiful. The Elixir version adds woods and vanilla without losing the delicacy. Gift it to someone you love.

Lady Emblem Elixir has a gorgeous musk, elegant blond cedar, and creamy benzoin. It’s an aquatic floral story for a delicate and strong woman. Notes of Damask rose, honey, spices, lily, lychee, orange blossom, vanilla, sandalwood, and patchouli. Black pepper gives it an intriguing twist. It’s oriental, floral, and woody.

Lady Emblem Elixir by Montblanc boasts a beautiful base of musk, blond cedar and creamy benzoin. It’s like a story of sparkling water, aquatic florals and lyricism, for a delicate yet strong woman. On the skin, floral notes over wood: Turkish highland Damask rose, a vegetal opening at dawn with honey and spices, followed by elegant lily that blends with powdery lychee. The orange blossom adds sensual acidity, closing with vanilla, sandalwood and patchouli. Intense black pepper gives it an intriguing twist. It is oriental, floral and woody.

When applied, it’s citrusy; when dry, it’s floral with a talc-like touch. The trail is discreet, ideal for summer. On me, it lasted about 10 hours. I consider it youthful, elegant, and romantic.
