  • Bear in mind, this isn’t anything that’s going to revolutionise the industry; similar things exist but are more expensive. The opening is very talcum-like, clean and fresh; the drydown is where the magic happens, becoming elegant. It’s very floral, yet it doesn’t smell masculine or feminine—it’s right in the middle. To me, it smells like freshly dried laundry, haha, a crude comparison but one that works. Although the notes differ, the drydown reminds me of Dior Homme Cologne, so you know where I’m going. It performs brilliantly in hot, humid environments; I live by the sea, so I can confirm this.

  • If what you want is to smell like clean, freshly ironed laundry, this is your perfume. Add it to your collection. Projection is average, around an hour and a half. Longevity is correct for this type of fragrance, between three and four hours; after that, you have to seek it out, although it can last up to five hours on skin.

  • Smells clean with a citrus note, but it’s a rip-off. It doesn’t throw more than a metre, leaves no trail, and lasts only 4-5 hours on clothes if you’re lucky. I wouldn’t even categorise it as a perfume given how little it offers. It’s a shame that such a lovely scent, even if not novel, has so little, if not any, presence.

  • If you’re looking to smell like clean, freshly ironed clothes, this is the one for you. Give it a try. The projection is normal, about an hour and a half. The longevity is correct for this type of fragrance, between three and four hours, after which you need to reapply, though it remains noticeable until five hours on skin.

  • Smells incredibly clean with a citrusy touch, but ultimately a letdown. It doesn’t project beyond a foot, leaves no trail, and lasts only 4–5 hours if you’re lucky on clothes. I wouldn’t even categorise it as a perfume given how little it offers. It’s a shame that such a good, unpretentious scent has so little, or no, presence.

  • I suffer from chronic migraines and, as with all my perfumes, they’ve become too intense for me lately. I searched high and low for scents described as ‘clean, soapy, fresh, everyday, gym’, but they always led me to the opposite of what I wanted (mentholated, citrusy, etc.). I had lost hope until I searched for the cotton note and found this wonder. It smells exactly as I imagined: a freshly bought/ironed cotton t-shirt, laundry detergent, a clean wash hung out to dry. Contrary to my expectation that it would be too subtle and require layering, I was wrong. It’s potent enough to wear on its own, though you do need to apply and reapply quite a bit because the longevity isn’t great. I absolutely love it, recommend it, and will buy it again. I haven’t found anything remotely similar up to today. At least, give it a try.

  • Pure sensation of freshly washed skin. Super simple; I use it mostly for myself. Ideal for quiet days at home or even for sleeping, it leaves a very pleasant atmosphere. Very unisex.

  • I tried it a few hours ago and initially thought it projected nothing and didn’t last. After an hour, it became noticeable: clean, with that cotton touch and a musky base. After a shower, at five hours, it’s still there, softer but present. At fifteen degrees, it’s ideal for the in-between seasons, for work or close meetings. It suits men or women alike, as it evokes cleanliness, simplicity, and light fabrics.

  • Bad. Starting with the ‘diva complex’ that many sellers at this shop seem to have, the scent smells something like clean and iris. It’s thirty euros that could be invested in anything else. I’ll never trust Carlos the blonde from Zara again; I always go with the best attitude and always end up telling myself the same thing: his colognes are supermarket quality.

I suffer from chronic migraines, and lately, all my perfumes have become too intense for me. I searched high and low for options described as ‘clean scent, soapy, fresh, everyday, gym-friendly’, but everything led me to menthol or citrus—exactly the opposite of what I needed. I had lost hope until I searched for ‘cotton’ and found this wonder. It smells exactly as I imagined: like a freshly bought, freshly ironed cotton t-shirt, laundry detergent, clean laundry hanging out to dry. Contrary to my belief that it would be too subtle and require layering, I was wrong; it’s potent enough to wear on its own, though you do need to apply and reapply quite often as the longevity isn’t its strong suit. I definitely love it, recommend it, and will buy it again. To date, I haven’t found anything remotely similar. At the very least, give it a try.
