About Luvani
Luvani by Pernoire: A Floral Oriental with a Quiet Edge
Luvani is a new floral oriental fragrance from Pernoire, composed by Andreas Wilhelm and launched in 2026. It is designed for men and women, with a structure that moves from radiant white flowers to a warm, resinous finish.
The opening pairs moonflower, tuberose, jasmine and incense. The heart brings together white flowers, guaiac wood, hazelnut, vanilla and nutmeg, while the base relies on white rose, Ambrostar™, cedar and frankincense.
Luvani opens with a noticeable push-and-pull. Tuberose and jasmine are heady and slightly narcotic, but incense keeps them in check, adding a smoky sophistication. Moonflower lends a creamy, almost silky texture to the overall impression.
As the fragrance develops, the white floral heart becomes softer and more expansive. Guaiac wood and hazelnut give it an understated nutty undertone, while vanilla and nutmeg introduce a sweet warmth that is noticeable but never heavy.
The dry-down is where Luvani feels most distinct. White rose, cedar and frankincense create a calm, slightly ceremonial backdrop, while Ambrostar™ offers a contemporary amber shimmer with a mineral edge.
The accords suggest a powdery, vanillic floral with woody, rosy and lightly spicy nuances. It is not a loud perfume; instead, it rewards patience and close attention as each layer slowly reveals itself.
Lovers of floral orientals will find a lot to enjoy here, particularly if they are drawn to tuberose, white flowers and incense. The powdery, vanillic side also makes it a good fit for those who prefer a softer, unisex approach to sweet perfumes.
Luvani is an elegant, measured addition to the Pernoire range. With an average score of 3.91 out of 5 from 11 ratings, it is a fragrance that invites repeated wear and reveals more of its personality each time.
