The bottle already tells a story: it starts pink, but the base is green. It’s very energetic and woody. I don’t love it as much as other scents by the same perfumer, but it’s cheerful and, since the patchouli isn’t too invasive, it’s perfect for work.
I smelled it in-store to see if it resembled Chloe, and indeed, it brought back memories of that fragrance (without exaggerating). It seems a great option for daily use if the economy doesn’t allow us to spend more.
I tried it in-store looking for a Chloe dupe, and yes, it did! It reminded me of that classic (though not 100%). I see it as a top pick for everyday wear if the budget doesn’t stretch to the best.
Great disappointment. I bought it blindly thinking it resembled Chloé, which I like, but I was let down. The patchouli isn’t for me, just like with Comme une Evidence. Since it was a gift, it didn’t hurt as much. They’re similar in that I dislike them: they remind me of Yves Rocher’s So Elixir, which I can’t stand. I’d only recommend it to older people, but it’s not for me. Farewell to floral chypres with patchouli and cedar. I prefer other Yves Rocher scents such as Secret d’Essences Neroli, Tendre Jasmin, Monoi de Tahiti, Muguet en Fleurs, Naturelle or Vanille Noire.
I bought it purely out of impulse after returning from holiday, without even smelling it in the tester. Once I used it, I knew it was good: I loved it for daytime wear. Although the trail is moderate, I’d buy it again because it’s unique with no similar alternatives, plus it’s affordable.
In my case, I bought it purely out of pressure (if such a thing exists) because it had that last-minute holiday vibe. I took it out without even smelling it in the tester, but upon wearing it, I knew I’d made the right choice. I loved it for daytime and, although the sillage is moderate, I’d buy it again because it’s unique, has no real alternatives, and is very accessible.
Very clean, floral and feminine. It makes you feel comfortable and well-groomed. Wish Yves Rocher perfumes lasted longer on the skin and had better sillage; they would be staples in my vanity.
Roses, roses and more roses. One bouquet equals one application. It’s exquisite for any occasion. On my skin, it lasts all day; at 24 hours, I’m still in a rose garden.
Green, relaxing and delicate scent with good value. My only issue: it’s the only one that inflames my nasal turbinates, which is annoying, even though I adore its floral notes.
At first, it smells of roses, identical to Yves Rocher’s Rose Fraiche. On me, it lasts about 30 seconds and immediately shifts to the green notes (it seems the heart and top notes swap places). After five minutes, the cedar and patchouli appear, very soft and persistent. Although I don’t like patchouli and cedar much (they remind me of men’s colognes), I appreciate it for being soft and clean, ideal for daily use, more for self-indulgence. Like the Yves Rocher ones, the sillage is non-existent. I got it on sale with its sibling, the Eau de Toilette, but as it’s not very memorable and gives me headaches, I probably won’t buy it again.
At first, it smells of roses, just like Yves Rocher’s Rose Fraiche. On me, it lasts about 30 seconds before immediately turning green (it seems the top and heart notes reverse). After five minutes, the cedar and patchouli emerge, very light and lingering. I don’t like patchouli and cedar much (they remind me of men’s colognes), but it’s soft and clean, perfect for daytime and self-indulgence. Like all Yves Rocher fragrances, the sillage is non-existent. I picked it up on sale with its sibling, the Eau de Toilette, but as it’s not memorable and gives me headaches, I won’t be buying it again.
Ideal for daytime, it smells super clean and fresh. At first, it smells like freshly washed sheets, then the rose comes through, natural and well-executed. It hasn’t won me over, and I probably won’t repurchase. Scent 6/10, longevity 6/10, sillage 7/10, value for money 6/10, versatility 7/10, packaging 7/10. Would I buy again? No.
It works well for daytime. It smells very clean and fresh; at first, it evokes freshly washed sheets, then the rose remains, natural and well-executed. I haven’t fallen in love with it and probably won’t repurchase. Scent 6/10, longevity 6/10, sillage 7/10, value for money 6/10, versatility 7/10, packaging 7/10. Would I buy it again? No.
If you have an iron nose, you can handle this perfume; it’s overwhelmingly green. The roses emerge over time, smelling fresh and clean, but forget about hot days. I prefer the Rose Absolute or the Rose Out.
Bought it just to try it out and it didn’t win me over. It smelled very fresh, clean, and like freshly cut roses, but it didn’t last very long.
I bought it to try it out and it didn’t conquer me. It was very noticeable as fresh, clean, and like freshly cut roses, but it didn’t last long.
What I couldn’t stand about rose perfumes was that they tended to be sticky, sweet, and almost always oriental. This one is different, which is its originality: fresh roses on the bush, uncut, in full nature. An exquisite green and floral scent, elegant and light, though not long-lasting. I miss it dearly.
