Descripción
Momentum Unlimited by Bentley is an aromatic woody fragrance for men. Launched in 2018, the nose behind this composition is Michel Almairac. The top notes reveal a vibrant freshness with green apple, grapefruit, and cardamom; the heart unfolds with vetiver, cedar, and sandalwood; while the base notes leave an elegant trail of leather, ambroxan, and musk.

The woody notes come from the vetiver, that exquisite sensation of soapy, clean, and fresh wood which I truly enjoy, but it lasts only until the musk shifts it into something more intense and animalic, losing that initial feeling. Then it moves to a fairly realistic green apple, followed by sandalwood and leather that bring it closer to CH Men. I think they are good results, although I would remove the musk and add fir resins and more vetiver… ufff, superb… but that’s just my opinion. In fact, I bought an essential oil of vetiver… delicious but pricey.
Smells clean yet expensive. Notes of lemon, leather, and green touches. It stands apart from other Bentley Momentum and Intense scents, which lean more towards the ambroxan line like CH Men. Very pleasant, though slightly generic. Bentley produces very high-quality fragrances. I’d place this for men aged 25 and above. Versatile for the office, summer, and formal or semi-formal events, without offending or clashing anywhere. Longevity and trail are yet to be confirmed.
A good perfume for spring and summer. Goes great for the office or casual/semi-formal outings, but for very formal events it falls a bit short. Smells good and doesn’t bother anyone. It sounds almost identical to Montblanc’s Starwalker (also by Almairac), so much so that I don’t notice a difference once it has dried down. Longevity and projection are correct, but not excessive. Would I recommend it? Only if you don’t own Starwalker, because otherwise it feels redundant.
A good perfume for spring and summer, versatile enough for the office or casual/semi-formal outings. It falls a bit short for very formal events. A pleasant scent that doesn’t bother anyone. It smells almost identical to Montblanc’s Starwalker (also by Michel Almairac); I hardly notice the difference once it has dried down. Longevity and projection are adequate but unremarkable. Would I recommend it? Only if you don’t already own Starwalker, otherwise it feels redundant.
Good aroma, elegant style and versatile, but not very youthful; it’s more for a man with a minimum of 30 years. Also, it has an excellent price.
They recommended it to me because I bought Montblanc Starwalker and, so to speak, I loved this Bentley. I love the opening notes and it’s excellent on your skin. Compared to Starwalker, this has more trail. I think it’s excellent for a meeting, going out or for a night out. I love it and I will definitely buy it again. The Bentleys are impressing me hugely. Although they try to compare it with Starwalker, in this Unlimited the woods predominate hugely and its applications are much less than in Montblanc. Sincerely, I like this Unlimited much more than Starwalker. It’s for everyone; in summer it has good performance and behaves as a fresh fruity scent with woody and sweet notes, not cloying. I think it’s a multi-tasker and also suitable for night. If I see it again, I’ll buy it because it’s a fresh jewel with woods.

Bentley Momentum Unlimited is a fresh aromatic with excellent fruity citrus aroma and light cardamomo tones, balanced in the opening with a woody heart that gives body to the aromatic composition; when mixed with ambroxan it gives that bright touch. The leather adds the masculine touch along with the musk. It’s like a hybrid between Montblanc Starwalker, Versace Pour Homme and classic Azzaro Chrome: very fresh, aromatic and wearable. The mix of woods makes it clean and wearable. Average longevity of 6 to 8 hours and moderate, soft projection; the first 15 minutes are potent due to that fruity citrus exposure that balances with cardamomo and woody notes of cedar, vetiver and sandalwood, giving a creamy touch. It’s bright, clean, with a trail and moderate projection for the first two hours, then becomes soft and pleasant. Excellent fragrance for daily use, can be your signature or whenever you want to use something citrusy, aromatic and fruity. Ideal for spring, summer and warm climates. I recommend it.

I bought it because of the reference to its similarity to Montblanc Starwalker, but this one surpasses it in everything: trail, projection, longevity and price. It beats it in every way. It’s a safe blind buy and good. Perfect, I loved it.

An exquisite scent. You can tell the nose is that of Starwalker. Perhaps here Michel let his hair down as he did with Montblanc. Compared, it’s 90% identical, even better. Fresh and citrusy opening without being overpowering, where the cardamomo is noticeable. After a few minutes, the sandalwood and vetiver become noticeable gradually without losing the opening. I notice the leather and musk less, they rather accompany. There’s a pleasant sweetness throughout the life of the scent. Very good longevity for the price: about 5 hours but projecting perfectly for 3 or 4. It has become a must in my collection.
It’s a very friendly and rich fresh scent, it shouldn’t annoy anyone. It lasts about 6 hours but has a good trail for the first two, strong enough to be felt at 2 metres. I use it for formal or semi-formal occasions in the heat; it’s not very youthful, so it looks good with a shirt. It’s not identical to Starwalker or VPH, so if you’re looking for clones here you won’t find them; it follows the path of Starwalker but remains an alternative in the same range. Price/quality, I think, is a 10.
I had it for a while as an after-gym scent on offer: total disappointment. The opening is shocking with that citrus and apple, but it dries very quickly to smell like ‘floor cleaner’, which I hate, and this happens with other blues. Performance is decent (5 hours in heat) and versatile, but without any night-time presence. Unfortunately, I had to gift it away because I couldn’t stand it. I’ll stick with my Davidoff Cool Water until they stop ruining it.
I tried it out as an after-gym scent on a special offer, and it was a total letdown. The opening is striking with that apple-citrus blend, but once it dries down quickly, it leaves behind that ‘floor cleaner’ smell I hate so much, typical of blue fragrances. Performance is decent (around 5 hours in the heat), versatile but not suitable for evening wear. Unfortunately, I ended up gifting it to someone else as I simply couldn’t stand it. I’ll stick with my beloved Davidoff Cool Water until they ruin that one too.
I’ve been wearing this fragrance for months because I read it was similar to Starwalker, but I can’t find any resemblance on my skin; I can easily tell them apart blindly. It’s fresh and fruity, not annoying to anyone even if it’s a bit generic, ideal for semi-formal situations as I don’t see it as too youthful. Performance is moderate to good, worth it. If you’re looking for something for a hot day it works well, but I wouldn’t use it daily; I’ve had my 100ml bottle for almost a year and there’s still a quarter left. It does the job without more fuss.
For me, the answer is no, it doesn’t resemble Starwalker. I’ve been wearing Montblanc for a month and, although I love it, I’ve gone through half a bottle due to its poor performance, so I looked for something similar and bought this blindly. Not being an expert, I see Starwalker as very masculine, clean and modern, but Bentley has those wood notes typical of the 90s, making it more classic, formal and gentlemanly.

Not being an expert, I see Starwalker as a very masculine, soapy, clean, bright, modern, versatile, and attractive perfume. But Bentley has some very own wood touches, more classic, more formal, more gentlemanly.
It’s only similar to Starwalker at the very beginning, that soapy and clean note. Once it dries, it smells 100% like Aqua Brava to me, although my father barely notices it and it just retains the freshly showered scent.
