At 25 euros for 30ml, if you do the maths, that’s 80 euros per 100ml. As for it being cheap? Absolutely not; it smells like Nivea at designer level. Let’s start there, and I’ll preface by saying if you want something better, just buy a proper designer perfume. The notes deliver exactly what they promise: straight out of the bottle, it smells like white Nivea sun cream. It quickly transforms into a talc scent, then moves to margaret-like flowers, followed by green meadows and minerals, evoking a poolside atmosphere. After half an hour, everything blends into a single sun cream scent that you’ve been wearing all day (a pleasant smell). Verdict: it doesn’t smell like anything other than white Nivea sun cream; if you apply their white sun cream, you’ll achieve the same scent for much less money. If you want to smell like summer, I’d opt for other fantastic perfumes.

Nivea Sun is very similar to the classic Eau de Toilette, but with an extra kick of aldehydes that awaken that unmistakable sunscreen scent, perfect for afternoons at the beach bar or for carrying that summery air with you. Personally, I lean slightly more towards the original white bottle version, which is creamier and more talcum-like, capturing the cream’s scent to perfection—that scent that feels like a childhood hug. Both have a discreet projection and a soft trail, ideal for informal daily wear or for wrapping ourselves in comfort before bed. Nivea Sun transports me back to those beach summers when advertising planes swept the sky dropping inflatable balls. Years ago, at the Nivea Haus in Berlin, they gifted me an identical ball. It was as if time stood still, and for an instant, I was six again, forming a smile I couldn’t contain. ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Brutal Nivea deal! It smells gorgeous, comfortable, and is the quintessential outdoor summer pool day: clean towels, damp grass, and full-on sunshine. Here you can detect the moisturising sunscreen scent, potted flowers, sun-warmed skin, and children playing. As it dries, it leaves fresh woody nuances reminiscent of the benches at the spa. It has a moderate trail and lasts about 7 hours, becoming more discreet over time. It’s delicate but noticeable. My daughter’s lasts a fortune and projects more than mine. Definitely the ideal aroma for summer, and the best part is it costs just 23 euros, very affordable. Enjoy! 🔆
