Descripción

Omnia Golden Citrine by Bvlgari is an oriental floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2020, this olfactory composition was created by perfumer Alberto Morillas. Upon release, the scent unfolds the freshness of white peach and Sicilian mandarin; the heart reveals the sensuality of ylang-ylang and jasmine; while the base settles on the warmth of benzoin and cedar wood.

  • It’s super-citrusy and soft, with the ylang and mandarin as the protagonists. It smells like pure summer. The longevity is very short, barely 2 hours clinging to the skin. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it’s rich and fresh; it reminded me of Moschino’s citrus notes.

  • It’s super-citrusy and soft, where the ylang and mandarin dominate. It smells like pure summer. The longevity is very short, barely 2 hours clinging to the skin. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it’s rich and fresh; it reminded me of Moschino’s citrus notes.

  • Exquisite! Although I usually go for gourmands, this citrus floral is unique and my favourite from the OMNIA line. It smells to me of Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen, evoking a summer in the Caribbean. Ideal for spring and summer. Although it’s an EDT, on my skin it lasts about 6 hours, of course, depending on the skin. Without a doubt, it’s already part of my collection.

  • Exquisite! Although I usually gravitate towards gourmands, this floral with a citrus twist is unique; it’s my favourite of the Omnia range. It reminds me of Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen, evoking Caribbean summers. Perfect for spring and summer. Although it’s an EDT, it lasts around six hours on my skin, though naturally, this depends on skin pH. Without a doubt, it belongs in my collection.

  • This is the third time I’ve tested it since receiving the sample (it was a hot, sticky summer), leaving a few months (3 or 4, now it’s a moderate autumn). At first, I felt it slightly metallic with disconnected chords, as if I didn’t understand what I was smelling (this happened with Libre, which reminded me of lavender cleaners). But now I finally see the Bvlgari signature and the Omnia line, luckily! It seems to me a formal yet radiant scent for casual or semi-formal use. It has a low sillage or isn’t intrusive (something contradictory with the ylang-ylang), which adds to the ‘I have class and wear Bvlgari even if I’m just going to my mother’s for tea’ character. It’s softly sweet, floral, creamy, and rounded. In short, a well-expressed ylang-ylang. I perceive a bitter base at the end that recalls the effect of Omnia Amethyste (won’t it have a bit of iris with the musk?). Anyway, it fulfils its concept: it’s radiant, luminous, tranquil like reading in the spring sun, and infuses vitality without being a citrus. I respect ylang-ylang greatly, so I’ll continue testing this sample because Golden Citrine remains good value and I don’t think it will become stable in the Omnia line due to its rarity.

  • I was keen to try it from the OMNIA line, but upon testing it in person, the opening is sweet and musky; then the lemon appears, but not acidic, rather oily and creamy, with a touch of peach at the base. After a few minutes, the wood enters with a warm spicy note and an almost imperceptible bitterness that gives it body without being cloying. It’s not for me as I prefer acidic citruses, but if you’re looking for something warm, sweet, and citrusy with a light body, it’s worth it. It lasts 3 intense hours and up to 4 where only the wood and bitterness remain with a touch of lemon.

  • I was eager to try it as I love the Omnia line; I was planning to buy it blindly, but when I purchased Versace Versence, a sample of this Atomizer arrived, and here’s my take: the opening is sweet and musky, then the lemon emerges, but not as sharp as in Light Blue; instead, it’s sweet, oily, milky and creamy. Underneath, fruity notes like peach appear without overpowering the lemon. After a few minutes, woodiness arrives, adding a warm, spicy touch with a very slight bitterness that gives it body and prevents it from being too sweet. I wouldn’t buy it myself as I prefer sharp citrus, but if you’re looking for something lemony, warm and sweet with substance yet not heavy, it could be a good option. Longevity: three solid hours, up to four where the most noticeable aspect is the woody, spicy and bitter note with a hint of lemon.

  • I bought it blindly without testing it; I wanted something light and luminous. And that’s exactly what it is. You can detect the peach and the citrus note, but as if a few drops of honey had been added. It’s like an ice cream, between acidic and sweet, with a slight bitter touch to prevent it from being cloying. Exquisite.

  • Slightly sweet with a citrus touch. It’s a lovely and versatile fragrance. It makes an impression but is in no way intrusive. Suitable for work or the cinema; you’ll be noticed but it won’t bother anyone. On my skin, it reads more citrusy in summer than in winter, and on clothes it lasts for a couple of days.

  • Slightly sweet with a citrus touch. It’s pretty and versatile. It’s noticeable, but not intrusive. It works well for work or the cinema; you’ll be wearing it without annoying anyone. On my skin, it’s more citrusy in summer than in winter and lasts a couple of days on clothes.

  • It smells as if the sun is kissing my skin. On me, the peach and a very clean ylang-ylang stand out. It’s pleasant, feminine, conventional, and warm, ideal for daytime wear in the heat, but it doesn’t reinvent the wheel or catch attention. Furthermore, the longevity is non-existent (one hour and it’s gone), so it’s not worth the price. Pleasant: 6/10, Interesting: 5/10, Versatile: 7/10, Original: 5/10.

  • I quite like it, but like others from the line, the longevity is testimonial on my skin. It opens with mandarin that maintains the citrus touch and soon moves to jasmine with peach, sparkling and refreshing, with a subtle touch of ylang and a benzoin-avainilled base. The sillage is moderate and lasts less than 3 hours. Curiously, two years later, Alberto Morillas created Fame for Paco Rabanne and I feel they share a jasmine-avainilled base; in Fame the mango replaces the citrus fruit and adds incense and sandalwood, making it more complex. I came across it by chance and I’d use it on spring mornings for early tasks or as a refresher in summer, but I wouldn’t invest in bringing it to my collection. It’s pleasant and versatile, yet nothing memorable and with poor performance on me. Scent 6/10, Longevity 3/10, Sillage 5/10, Value for money 2/10, Versatility 3/10, Packaging 9/10. Would I buy it again? No.

  • It suits me well, but the longevity is laughable, lasting barely a few hours. It opens with a citrus mandarin and evolves into a sparkling, refreshing jasmine with peach, featuring a subtle touch of ylang-ylang and a benzoin-avainilled base. The trail is soft. Curiously, two years after its launch, Alberto Morillas created Fame for Paco Rabanne; both share that jasmine-avainilled base, as if Fame substituted the mango for the citrus and peachy notes, adding incense and sandalwood for more complexity. I used it by chance on spring mornings to start the day or as a refresher in summer, but it’s not something I’d invest in for my collection. It smells good and is versatile, yet not memorable and performs very poorly on me. Scent 6/10, Longevity 3/10, Sillage 5/10, Value for money 2/10, Versatility 3/10, Packaging 9/10. I wouldn’t buy it again.
