The opening is Iris with a touch of violet, leather and sandalwood at the base. I love that blend; it gives the scent elegance and strength. As it dries down, the sandalwood and leather take centre stage, supported by a very pleasant floral base that sets it apart from other sandalwood fragrances. In the dry-down, it smells very much like Armani’s Santal Dan Sha; for me, owning both would be redundant, but if you need at least one and are a sandalwood fan, this is your option.
