Organ #6 by Filippo Sorcinelli: A Citrus Aromatic Scent with Warmth

Filippo Sorcinelli has unveiled Organ #6, a unisex fragrance in the aromatic citrus olfactive family. Launched in 2026 and composed by Sorcinelli himself, this scent strikes an elegant chord between freshness and sensuality.

It opens with lemon tree leaves, bergamot, and mandarin, before moving into a heart of nutmeg, juniper berries, and lavender. The base is anchored by sage, labdanum, and sandalwood, leaving a warm and woody trail.

From the very first spray, Organ #6 feels bright and optimistic. The citrus notes are juicy and radiant, while the green leafiness of the lemon tree leaves adds a sophisticated twist, preventing the opening from being too simple.

As it settles, the heart reveals a softly spiced character. Nutmeg and juniper bring warmth, while lavender smooths the blend with its calming, aromatic presence. This phase of the fragrance is balanced and easy to enjoy.

The drydown is arguably the most compelling part: sage lends a fresh, herbaceous touch, labdanum imparts a subtle amber sweetness, and sandalwood delivers a creamy, comforting finish. The longevity is impressive, with a trail that remains noticeable without being overpowering.

Combining accords such as aromatic, fresh spicy, citrus, woody, herbal, amber, and musky, Organ #6 is a well-constructed perfume that evolves beautifully on the skin. It feels modern, yet timeless in its composition.

This fragrance will suit anyone who enjoys a crisp, aromatic citrus scent with a soothing backdrop of wood and amber. It’s ideal for daytime wear during spring and summer, and for those who prefer a perfume that adapts to many occasions.

Organ #6 is a charming addition to Filippo Sorcinelli’s portfolio. With an average rating of 4.47 out of 5, it has already won over many enthusiasts looking for a fresh but substantial fragrance.

What a marvel this man is for everything it stirred in me when I tried it recently. If you like Habit Rouge (Parfum), Eau Sauvage (Parfum) or Royal Water, you’ll love this. It’s an Italian fougère cologne of incredible quality; it starts as an aromatic citrus and ends on creamy sandalwood and labdanum that is definitely worth having in your collection if you enjoy this kind of cologne. Perfect development and longevity above 8 hours with that wonderful drydown. You can’t stop sniffing your wrist, it’s that addictive and good.
