What an incredible woody floral perfume I have found! I agree 100% with Gara’s review. It is a delightful floral scent that moved me and made me fall in love without knowing why. Oud Sinharaja is a marvel: a woody citrus floral with plenty of frangipani, jasmine, and a woody base that dominates. It begins with citrus, especially a whole, bright, realistic bergamot, as if you were eating the peel and juice all at once. There is a softer but present note of grapefruit. From the first moment, the frangipani stands out, which most moved me; it is a natural, mature, tropical flower at its best. It mixes with tender white flowers, jasmine, and magnolia, accompanying the star without taking away its spotlight. As it dries down, a non-animalic oud appears, blending wonderfully with the flowers to give an elegant woody base. Wearing this work of art makes me feel in love, tender yet strong. It is an elegant composition with character and determination. It smells like someone fulfilled, in love with the miracle of nature and its scents. A few days ago I was not the same; now, after trying it, I feel my sense of smell has taken a leap. It is unisex, though I believe it was designed for women. It lasts over 10 hours with trail and brutal projection; even as it dries and hours pass, that tropical floral scent is noticeable. It serves all year round and at any time of day, just moderate the atomiser, for special occasions or days when you feel happy and want to enjoy life and how you smell to those around you. The price is high, but it is worth every penny earned. I recommend it: you will not regret buying a characterful, tender yet strong and secure woody tropical floral.
