  • It’s the same traditional Parisienne, only this is eau de toilette and not parfum. The scent is softer and less cloying, and they cost exactly the same.

  • Sweet florals was my family’s comment and they were entirely right. Notes of red fruits and sweetness that blend well with the florals from the start. It’s fresher than the traditional Parisienne, although it retains that romance and a synthetic touch. Here, the roses are the stars against the red fruits, with a green opening and without that woody sandalwood and vetiver of the original. As I have skin that makes fragrances fade quickly, this doesn’t last long, but if you apply it well, the trail is good. The rose suits me perfectly, so I use it whenever I want and it evolves pleasantly: sometimes sweet and fruity, other times acidic or with violets, until finishing soft and talcum-like on the skin. Ideal for temperate or hot climates, although I don’t rule out using it all year round because it’s so accommodating.

  • Not my style, although at first it smells floral, sweet, and cheerful. In the dry-down, however, it smells of vinyl and plastic, which gave me a terrible headache. Plus, being an eau, it lasted barely five hours on my intact skin.

  • It happened to me just like it did for Ivania… The opening is luxurious, fresh, with sweet and fruity roses, but the dry-down gives me severe dizziness. At first, I thought it was sunscreen, but after weeks of wearing it, I swear it made me nauseous. It has a very synthetic and plastic base that lingers for ages. I adore the opening, but that vinyl note drives me away completely.
