A floral scent with a hint of smoke; it opens strongly but clings to the skin for barely four hours. Perfect for those seeking something simple and very soft.
From the range, I prefer the roses with Rose Evening liquor and the delicate Gardenia Rattan; this isn’t essential but I picked it up at a good price. The entire Aerin line smells lovely, lasts at least six hours, has good sillage, doesn’t irritate the nose, and features sophisticated fragrances. The bottle is elegant with a vintage gemstone-style cap. It doesn’t smell of talc as I expected from the iris and musk, but rather purely green with cedar on clothes; on the skin, it suddenly smells like face powder between the green and floral notes. I feel like wearing it during the day with friends.
Only the opening comes through with iris, then it simplifies and smells like a generic children’s fragrance. Not worth the price they ask.
