Pink pepper and shiso, the purple mint, open with an aromatic, almost herbal freshness. It is a luminous start before the scent settles towards the earth.
The heart brings rose back in fuller form. Guaiac wood lends a dry, faintly smoky polish, while jasmine offers white floral brightness, fresh and lightly creamy rather than powdery.
The opening combines rose with pink pepper and shiso. The rose feels clear-cut and unsweetened, lifted by verdant nuances and a soft peppery sparkle.
At its centre, the rose deepens. Guaiac wood provides structure and restraint, allowing the jasmine to lighten the composition without turning it classic or sweet.
Vetiver, patchouli and myrrh form the base. The patchouli keeps a green-brown, soil-like tone, vetiver adds a woody dryness, and myrrh contributes warm balsamic resin with an ambery warmth.
