The plum note is very prominent and gives it a fresh vibe, perfect for summer. On well-hydrated skin, it lasts for hours; I wear it all day without needing to reapply.
It’s a lovely, innocent and super-sweet perfume with a powdery touch that I adore. I think it’s perfect for young people. The truth is, it doesn’t last very long and you do need to reapply.
I owned this a few years ago. I remember it as very soft, generic and synthetic. It seemed too expensive for what it was.
To be honest, both Sinner and Saint (Kat Von D’s two fragrances) have disappointed me. Nothing special, just a scent that smells exactly the same as always. In this case, Saint has a very artificial and slightly powdery vanilla; personally, it smells cheap to me. The only thing that stands out is that the bottles are very pretty, but in the end, what matters in a perfume is the juice.

I was really keen to try it and finally did. Yesterday I popped into the exclusive perfumerie and grabbed the 30ml bottle as they didn’t have testers. My surprise was that it felt like a rather unoriginal scent: a fruity burst that seemed to linger on my skin for hours. After a while, I had to hunt for its scent; nothing, I had to reapply just to smell it again. It’s fresh, sweet, yet very soft; although pleasant, I wouldn’t buy it again because for the price of the larger bottle, there are others with better longevity and sillage. A pity, the big bottle is gorgeous and yes, original, even the small one I have features those patterns I’m so drawn to.
Saint aims to be the innocent side of the fragrance duo KVD recently launched, but I disagree: the vanilla is deep and, rather than innocent, I consider it mysterious. It reminds me a lot of Divine Decadence and both smell a bit of banana. I like it, but I don’t love it.
