About Scorpio
Scorpio: A Magnetic Woody Oriental from Tiziana Terenzi
Tiziana Terenzi's Scorpio arrived in 2026 as a Woody Oriental scent for women and men, composed by perfumer Paolo Terenzi.
It opens on a verdant, bracing note: wormwood and absinthe alongside blueberry, ginger, lavender and lime, fresh-spiced and distinctly aromatic.
The opening favours tension between herbal bitterness and juicy fruit. Wormwood lends dry, almost liqueur-like chill, blueberry softens the edges, ginger supplies piquancy, whilst lavender and lime preserve clarity.
The heart becomes drier and more reflective. Guaiac wood and cedar establish the timbered structure, cypriol contributes an earthy, smoky undertow, and incense adds a solemn resinous character.
Cumin introduces a spiced, faintly animalic nuance at the core, tempered by powdery Italian violet and balanced by rosemary, which retains a crisp, Mediterranean aromatic line.
The base is warm and enveloping but keeps its shade. Laotian oud and birch evoke leather and smoke, Australian sandalwood and grey amber offer a creamy ambery softness, with musk, heliotrope and Tahitian vanilla closing on a vanilla-almond veil.
It will suit devotees of unisex woody orientals with presence: those drawn to absinthe, incense and oud, and to the interplay of aromatic freshness against a sweet, smoky foundation — ideal for evenings and the colder months.
Scorpio characterises Paolo Terenzi's opulent writing for the house: a journey from bitter green to ambered vanilla, dark and magnetic, fashioned to linger with poise.
