I had it because I was a consultant and it’s rich, sweet and super feminine. The opening feels like a juicy pink grapefruit bathed in sugar with vanilla, then the amber with the sandalwood take position with a vanilla base giving a sweet warmth like a pink wool sweater. Very suitable for daily use so people ask you, ‘You smell great! What are you wearing?’

I bought it for work and it’s a beast: rich, sweet, and super feminine. At first, it smells of juicy pink grapefruit with sugar and vanilla, then the amber and sandalwood take over with a vanilla base that adds warmth, like a pink wool jumper. Ideal for everyday wear; I’m sure people will ask, ‘What are you wearing?’

I love it! It smells super warm. I don’t detect any grapefruit, but the projection is brutal and lasts for hours. It doesn’t smell cheap or like a catalogue product at all. The only downside is that it’s very one-dimensional; as it is, it stays the same until the very end. Watch out for that.

  4. It’s sweet but light, long-lasting, and my favourite from the catalogue, ideal for daily use. I love it, although it depends on everyone’s skin pH. It’s youthful, for ages 20-30, and I’ve worn it day and night. It doesn’t smell cheap or soapy as others say; it reminds me of Dior’s Poison Girl or YSL’s Black Opium, though the latter is less sweet.

I tried it and yes, it smells cheap. It has that lack of quality that makes it super generic. To me, it’s a nice scent, but I wouldn’t use it.

  6. I’m not sure what people say it’s similar to, but to me it sounds simple and pleasant, ideal for older women. Soft, with milky, talcum and amber notes. The downside is that it’s almost unnoticeable and on the skin it lasts barely three or four hours. In Chile it costs around fifteen dollars; it’s only worth it if it’s on offer for near ten.

  7. I wore it for about 4 or 5 years; it was my daily perfume. I find it very rich and it lasts a long time, over 12 hours, especially on clothes; even after washing, the scent lingers. I loved it all this time, but now I only wear it at night in winter so as not to overwhelm. 💕 100% recommended for the price; it leaves a woody, very sensual scent. 😌

Well… I told everyone that being cheap it smells rich, but no! It smells like a catalogue, cheap and matronly. When it dries down it smells better, more youthful and sweet with an amber base, but it doesn’t last anything. My friends said at the party it smelled matronly. If you wear it close to the skin it smells nice, but I wouldn’t buy it again. Perhaps if I let it mature or wait a while, or better still, I gift it to my mum, as it suits an older woman well.

  9. Sandalwood, amber, grapefruit and spices. It smells sweet but with a seductive and elegant touch. It suits me for cold mornings at work or dinners with friends; it’s a perfect all-rounder for autumn and winter. I was complimented so much that the person who noticed it bought another because they loved it. Excellent quality and price, with good longevity and projection. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

The scent is lovely, very sweet and projects a lot. But on me it lasts barely two hours, though for the price it’s not bad.

  11. Sweet Black is sweet, milky and very similar to Dior Poison Girl; although it doesn’t say so, it gives that sensation of orange and praline with a creamy sandalwood base. This low-cost beauty performs well: on me it lasts about five hours and projects two or three. It’s a sexy, youthful scent with a trail; it doesn’t smell like a body mist or a cheap catalogue product, it has body. It comes in a simple 50ml bottle and in Mexico it costs around ten dollars; for what it offers, the quality-price ratio is excellent. The important thing is that it’s highly praised: every time I wore it I received compliments on the street, which doesn’t happen with luxury perfumes. It’s simple but it has its own charm. Who is it for: lovers of gourmand perfumes.

  12. Wow, absolutely incredible! These fragrances deserve so much more attention than they currently have. They are exceptional. Sweet Black didn’t hit me at first, but I went back for it because it has hype and it totally deserves it. The first time I smelled it, it was like a black soda. It’s very sweet and delicious; yes, it reminds me a lot of Poison Girl, although I’ve heard the EDT is different. The EDP I know is sweeter and more almond-y. Totally recommended.

For the price, it’s tasty. I didn’t love it, but when I smelled it in the magazine, I thought, ‘well, why not?’ I say it’s very economical. I had Hypnotic Poison and it is by no means a dupe. If one could say it reminds of one, it is by no means that. I’ve worn it several times with my boyfriend and he says nothing. I always use a fragrance he likes. He tells me I smell good, but not with this one; I like to wear it for myself. When I go to sleep, I like to put a little bit just on my wrist. It’s very comfortable to wear. I don’t want to be aggressive saying it, but if it smells a bit like cheap perfume, rather than expensive, I’d use it for casual outings when I don’t want to spend on my good perfumes, but not for a formal night out. I need to use it more.

This pomegranate is surprising! At least 8 hours on skin projecting for the first 3 hours. Ideal for cold days. The best thing is its price.

This little perfume is a gem for the price it has. Truly, it’s a very pleasant fragrance, with a sexy touch. I used to wear it to go out at night; I remember it was the first little perfume I bought when I was in training, and the truth is I would buy it again. That said, it doesn’t remind me of Black Opium or Poison Girl, but I do feel it’s going in that direction.

  16. Oh my goodness! I never realised when they added these fragrances to the website. I love this perfume; it reminds me of a very beautiful time but also of a very tragic event when I was travelling from Colombia to Argentina. In Peru, I was carrying my collection of perfumes and those at the checkpoint took more than half of them (insert vocal aberrations here to refer to totally unpleasant people like those subjects 😀 ♥). Anyway, back to the fragrance, I think some notes are missing, specifically blackcurrant. It’s super evident that this perfume has lots of blackcurrant, as literally if there were a colour that identified this fragrance, it would be purple. It smells of lots of blackcurrant with vanilla and lots of sandalwood. I used to love going to sleep after using this fragrance and feeling that sweet remaining scent of the blackcurrant and vanilla with a strong, striking and unmistakable residual sandalwood. It’s a totally beautiful fragrance. I don’t honestly feel a similarity with Poison Girl. The opening feels quite juicy and slightly acidic in its projection, but it paves the way for the other notes I described above. It’s not truly a complex fragrance, it’s very simple but super effective for lovers of sweet, fruity, vanilla and sandalwood scents.
