The scent of peace, simply exquisite. It’s not sweet, citrusy or floral; it’s soft, with a clean scent, giving the sensation of being in spring or on a sunny summer day in a field with a beautiful landscape. It’s very feminine and delicate, making you feel like royalty, but in a simple and subtle way. It conveys not just peace, but joy and a desire to live. If strong oriental scents overwhelm you, this is for you.
Pays a fortune and smells almost identical to Lanvin’s Eclat d’Arpege at half the price; the bottle and packaging are nice, but not worth the cost.
So expensive it smells almost identical to Lanvin’s Eclat d’Arpege, which costs less than half the price. The bottle and packaging are pretty, but they don’t justify the cost.
A serene and simple fragrance, lacking much dynamism, evoking a flat landscape with little stage. I don’t think it truly means ‘a state of peace’; it lacks clearer, more diaphanous notes. It was released after 9/11 (as I read), hence the name. It’s neither exclusive nor original, doesn’t define grand ideals, nor does it evoke or transmit much. It doesn’t last long or leave a trail; it’s just a balanced and pleasant fragrance. Today they offered it to me, extremely expensive like the whole Bond range, and I didn’t buy it: there are better and cheaper options. The ‘peace of states’ doesn’t seem to be a perfume theme… at least not today.
The scent of peace. To me, it’s a super-subtle feminine fragrance: it blends the fruity notes of Nina with the freshness of D&G’s Light Blue, but with an amber touch from ambroxan (not declared). It doesn’t invade; it’s quite pricey for its olfactory performance.
I like it because it’s subtle, wild and fresh, but it lacks projection. In other words, it’s very expensive for what it delivers.
It’s a delicate, subtle and elegant perfume with a fresh, super-feminine touch. It doesn’t overpower; it’s versatile but perfect for day wear. Designed to be discreet, so don’t expect strong projection. It could easily become your signature. The presentation is gorgeous and very feminine: beauty and delicacy in a bottle with little projection.
