  1. Fragantica’s pyramid is wrong. Upon testing, I detect a spicy nutmeg opening with a fresh touch that disappears quickly into the heart notes; it’s not lavender or mint, but something fruity. Then a powerful powdery musk dominates (not amber) with nuances of cedar (not patchouli or vetiver) and a very present rose that isn’t listed in the description. The musk lasts until the dry down, leaving a soapy trail. In short, it smells like a mix between Teint de Neige and Coriandre. It’s a curious combination, synthetic yet well-made, wearable and leaning feminine, though it adds nothing new to the landscape, giving a déjà vu feeling due to its similarity to other fragrances. If you enjoy powdery notes with a soapy twist, this is another option to explore. Rating: 5
