An elegant and refined fragrance, exactly what you’d expect from Tiffany. A exquisite blend of rose, plum, and jasmine over a sweet amber base, with sandalwood and cedar at the heart. It shares influences with its older sister, the classic 80s scent; both are amber, floral, and woody, but here it is the blackcurrant and pineapple, alongside that powdery, animalic touch of the other, that make the difference. It reminds me more of Ralph Lauren’s Safari, though that smells greener with galbanum and calendula, although they may share something in common when they dry down. Yes, it leans closer to Elizabeth Taylor’s Diamonds and Rubies. It is a fantastic fragrance, surrounded by fruity and floral notes with just a hint of woodiness when it dries, achieving incredible style and refinement. The EDP has a moderate trail and good longevity: it is substantial, aromatic, delicate, and interesting. I love it!
