For me it’s one of the best vanillas out there and I’ve tried many. Totally addictive, not at all cloying and when it dries down it’s spectacular, it smells sweet, creamy, clean…. worth trying.
you can tell it’s unisex, another dry, harsh and not at all gourmand vanilla, I expected something sweet and creamy (I can’t find that dream vanilla) I guess it doesn’t exist
The best Body Shop fragrance. It smells like a good vanilla ice cream. So yummy!!! It’s not too sweet, it also gives me a bit of freshness. I really like it and it’s very pleasant. Good longevity and good price. I’d buy 100 ml if I could. Sometimes I put it on to sleep and the next day I can still smell it. A cosy and comforting delight. Just what we need in these times.
Pleasant, warm and cosy vanilla… just below Shea from the same range. I guess the flavour and naturalness of TBS scents lies in the quality of the ingredients used. Excellent value for money, quality and longevity. “Coconut” from the same line is also good, but the best is still “Shea”.
Vanilla body mist Winter test. Body Shop perfumes have never lasted on me… it seems there’s been a change somehow. Vanilla, not sweet gourmand, it’s basic-fine, a little lightly spiced. I sprayed it once on my arm at around 10 in the morning, now past 4 in the afternoon and very faintly on the skin. Good I suppose. Good price.
Looking for the perfect vanilla scent, I found this one. A pleasant and innocent vanilla aroma. A little powdery, a little sweet and a little vanilla. That’s all I can make of it, unfortunately. It smells nothing like what real vanilla (bean) smells like. The scent is very faint and lasts at most 2 hours. (For anyone wondering, my perfect vanilla perfume ended up being Hypnotic Poison)
My favourite vanilla, sweet but not at all sickly. I wouldn’t say it’s a chemical vanilla, for me it’s the perfect vanilla. It’s a shame it’s only a mist, I wish it lasted as long as possible. I’ve already finished my second bottle, I’ll buy more until I find the same fragrance, but as a perfume.
Very simple and pleasant. I was recently in Body Shop to try some patchouli or oud, and they had neither… sigh. (You know you’re in a perfume desert when the shop assistant doesn’t know what oud is!) I had to try SOMETHING before leaving, and I don’t regret it. This vanilla has a soft, comforting quality that non-perfume lovers will find very appealing. It’s so simple that I can actually imagine giving it to a nursery child. For a “white” vanilla with a similar light scent but with a more floral touch, my choice would be Delicious Vanilla by Gale Hayman. Of the two, it’s a bit more complex and interesting. Both are lovely vanillas, with very little else.
