Violet Vibe by Anna Sui is a women's fragrance from the floral olfactive family. Launched in 2023, Violet Vibe was created by perfumer Jérôme Epinette. The top notes are whipped cream, strawberry, blackcurrant syrup, and lemon zest; the heart notes are apple blossom, jasmine, and lotus flower; the base notes are marshmallow (candy) and musk.

I bought it blind and honestly, it’s not a bad scent, but I expected something else. It’s not innovative and smells quite similar to Burberry Her or Zara’s Go Fruity, but with the extra of marshmallows; and the latter at a much lower price. Furthermore, its longevity isn’t great and the projection is very faint. Perhaps if it didn’t have similar aromas I’d keep it, but I’m convinced I’ll let it go.
I have the set of three miniatures and I must say that of the three, I only like this one. It smells like Burberry Her, Cloud, and derivatives, always with a distinct nuance, but that mysterious Baccarat note predominates. It’s a style I love; I think I’d never get tired of it, even with hundreds of thousands of inspirations xD. Here’s my review of all three: Violet Vibe smells like Burberry/Cloud; Mellow Yellow is extremely similar to any Escada tropical with pineapple; and Pretty Pink is a watery Bombshell, the classic that depending on your pH leans towards unisex masculine. They are all very summery perfumes, but none smell like ice cream; they aren’t gourmands as the bottle might suggest 🍦🥲. I suppose they were given those containers because they are light scents for summer. Since it was the only one I liked, I ended up buying a full bottle of it ^^ 💫
All Ana Sui bottles are brilliant! I adore this perfume; I catch the whipped cream scent on my skin and feel cheerful, as if it were a holiday day (even if I’m in the office). If you like sweet scents but not cloying gourmands, this is exactly what you’re looking for.
Oh dear, the projection and longevity aren’t the best, so it’s better to spritz it on clothes. It lasts about seven hours before settling into a very intimate scent. You can detect Baccarat Rouge 540 or Ariana Grande’s Cloud, but to me, it smells more like Bluberry Elixir. It’s a mix of strawberry, lemon, and whipped cream: sweet, fresh, with a hint of acidity from the fruit. Perfect for a teenage gift; the bottle and packaging are truly charming.
