What stands out most is the cacao, vanilla, and woods; I barely notice the amber or the musk. It is a sweet essence that is not cloying but can be dizzying, and the price is very high for just 15ml.
What hits hardest is the cacao, vanilla, and woods; the amber and musk are barely noticeable. It is sweet, not cloying, but can be dizzying. The price is outrageous for such a small 15ml bottle.
Pure cacao and vanilla with woody touches. At first, it smells like Santal 33, but as it settles, it becomes a sweet delight. The amber is missing and the trail leaves much to be desired, like tasting Tobacco Vanille without the tobacco.
Pure cacao and vanilla with woody touches; at first, it sounds like Santal 33, but as it settles, it becomes a sweet delight. The amber is hardly noticeable and the trail is weak, typical of the second release from Parfums. I feel it is like tasting Tobacco Vanille without the tobacco.
Water of Intuition: a fresh scent where cacao and wood flow in harmony 🪵🍫 Upon spraying, the cacao emerges soft with creamy vanilla touches and an amber that adds depth. As it dries, the sandalwood and cedar appear without masking the initial notes, bringing elegance and balance; all the notes coexist and remain present. The result is an elegant, fresh, and robust fragrance, undoubtedly one of my favourites in the collection. Its trail is moderate and well-balanced. On my skin, it lasts between 4 and 6 hours, and a little longer on clothes. The only downside is the price, which is very high for a mere 15ml bottle. If you enjoy woody fragrances with the sweetness of a chocolate bar, this is your option, and if you are a fan of Melanie, it is worth having. For something more affordable, if you are in Mexico, the ZENZ dupe maintains almost the same essence, with slightly more intense amber at the start but very similar to the original as it dries. Personal rating: 9.5/10
