  • What a beauty! It’s the undisputed sibling of the classic, but without that fruity opening. Here, the creamy neroli with vanilla is noticeable straight away; it’s a sweeter neroli that, combined with the sandalwood, creates a comforting scent. I wouldn’t call it intense, but rather dark, and the black bottle fits it perfectly. Yet it’s not strong; on the contrary, it’s tender, sweet and cosy. Ideal for autumn and winter. A total beauty.

  • What a beauty! It’s the undisputed sibling of the classic, but without that well-fruity opening. Here, you quickly sense a creamy neroli with vanilla, sweeter, which, accompanied by sandalwood, becomes a more enveloping aroma. I wouldn’t say it’s ‘Intense’; I don’t think it is, but rather more dark, and the black bottle is well chosen. But it’s by no means a strong perfume; on the contrary, it seems tender, sweet, and cosy. Absolutely for autumn and winter. A total beauty.

  • Hello, September 2019. It’s been a while since I posted reviews, but now I’m back with my opinion on this lovely Ralph Lauren perfume. I’d say the title ‘Intense’ is a bit of an overstatement because it feels quite soft. Although the black bottle is beautiful, it doesn’t contain a dark and mysterious elixir as one might expect. It’s a perfectly decent and very pleasant fragrance, but nothing more. It’s a white floral of neroli, sambac jasmine, orange blossom, and neroli, with fleeting fruity touches of blackcurrant and rhubarb, more noticeable pink pepper, vanilla, sandalwood, and amberwood. It’s a creamy blend, delicately sweet, nothing gourmand or artificially sugary. It’s a natural sweetness that conveys warmth and a sense of being wrapped up. It’s refined, of good quality, very rich, but a safe proposal and nothing novel. Almost everyone loves it. It had good longevity on skin and clothes, but the trail is a bit timid, perceptible only in close proximity. Special for romantic situations or intimacy. A charming scent.

I love the normal version, but the Intense version fascinates me. On my skin it’s all neroli and vanilla, super feminine and elegant. It smells like an important woman, that’s how I see it. If I had to choose one for life, without a doubt, it’s the Intense.

  • It’s a very creamy neroli boosted by vanilla. I think there isn’t much more to add after what you’ve already said, but this Ralph Lauren Woman Intense is an opulent, intoxicating, and very sensual fragrance.

I love the regular Woman, but the Intense fascinates me. I have nothing more to add; on my skin, it’s neroli and vanilla, super feminine and elegant. It smells like an important woman, that’s how I feel. Sincerely, if I had to choose a perfume for all of life, without a doubt, it’s the Woman Intense.

  • I tried it out today; it just arrived in Argentina and it wasn’t easy to get hold of. It’s a sweet floral with good longevity, a moderate trail, and very linear behaviour. Its black bottle made me think it would be more ‘dark’ than the traditional Woman, but in my experience, it only has a greater trail and longevity. If you liked the Woman, I think this is a good investment; for me, it wasn’t because it reminds me of sweet, linear florals from the 80s. It stands out but doesn’t come across as sensual.

A total success buying it without testing first. It smells of floral oriental with those neroli and vanilla notes giving it a sensual, mysterious touch. On my skin, I detect pepper, sandalwood, and jasmine. The trail is moderate, nothing invasive, and lasts between 8 and 10 hours depending on the weather. I love the bottle; it adds more mystery, though I’d give it more punch because the note combination is simply the best. Highly recommended.

  • A good fragrance is the result of a well-crafted aroma, with high longevity on the skin and a projection that is felt around us, not just by ourselves but by others. Sometimes projection can be deceptive: it may trail two metres at first before dissipating precipitously in an almost imperceptible hour. I prefer what happens with Woman Intense: it projects strongly at first and gradually fades over the hours. After about six hours, the perfume stays close to the skin, alive thanks to its good longevity. Woman Intense meets all three requirements: a rich aroma, good longevity, and moderate to light projection. The influence of neroli and jasmine is clear, but the star element for me is black vanilla and amberwood, which give it the final touch. Perfumes with intense neroli like Good Girl by Carolina Herrera or Scandal By Night by Jean Patou were popular a decade ago, but Woman Intense is more refined and better made. It features an intoxicating, dark, suggestive, almost erotic vanilla—not quite as erotic as Hypnotic Poison but along those lines. The pepper is delicate and doesn’t demand much attention, nor should you be alarmed by the rhubarb. Vanillas, resins, and neroli; I think those interested in these notes really should give it a try. I was surprised by it; I didn’t expect much of this perfume. The first version seemed adequate but needed something more, which this Intense variant certainly delivers.

I absolutely love this perfume; it’s the ideal sweet floral scent, in my opinion. It’s very similar to the original Woman, just a bit sweeter, which makes it perfect.

  • My boyfriend brought me a tester and I liked it enough to buy blind, as I’d been wanting to try it for ages and it was a good price at 30ml. The risk was worth it. Due to the pandemic, I avoid the malls, so my purchases are often blind buys. It has a sweet, warm opening that hooked me; I sensed a touch of tangerine or bitter orange, but it soon evolved on my skin into a creamy base with sandalwood. It’s like the scent of an incense shop but with lots of cream XD. Unfortunately, we didn’t get along due to that creamy, acidic note, reminiscent of Nido powdered milk. The sandalwood in this fragrance didn’t sit well with my skin. Definitely not a blind buy.

  • I absolutely love this perfume, it’s so addictive and I feel a touch of elegance. A total favourite.

  • I liked the original Woman, but it felt a bit cloying; I absolutely love this Intense version because the rhubarb and pepper at the start, combined with the woody notes at the end, tame that sweetness and give it character. It looks elegant and attractive, even more nocturnal than the original, yet it’s not a bomb in terms of projection or longevity. It also works very well at the office. P.S. It’s quite similar to Safanad by Parfums de Marly, but with better performance than that one.

Exquisite, elegant, and very feminine. It has a powerful opening of soft, light flowers that then settles into a creamy vanilla almost like chocolate on the skin. The longevity is good, around six hours, but the sillage is moderate; I’d like it to be a bit more potent. Still, it’s a very soft, elegant sweet floral with great class, a good perfume that flatters me enormously.

Longevity is good, about 6 hours, but the trail is medium; I’d like it to be a bit more potent. Nevertheless, it’s a very soft and elegant sweet floral with great class; it’s a good perfume and it flatters me greatly.

Normally I avoid perfumes with white flowers, as I find them old-fashioned and they give me nausea, but this is an absolute exception. It’s delicious, indulgent without being gourmand, with super youthful white flowers. It’s balanced, sensual, warm, and creamy. I see it as versatile, though I wouldn’t wear it in summer and would need to be careful with the sillage during the day. With this perfume, you don’t just attract; you enchant!

  • I loved this fragrance at first sniff. I’m a huge fan of the neroli note and I have both Woman versions; I notice the traditional one is sweeter and more intense than this. This one is much more moderate in intensity; I see it as more daytime and wearable, not cloying because the fruity part makes it less sweet; the blackcurrants stand out on my skin and the neroli is simply beautiful. If you don’t like those flowers, I wouldn’t recommend it, because you can’t help but notice them.

  • I fell in love with this fragrance at first sniff. I’m a huge neroli fan and own both; I find the original Woman sweeter and more intense than this one. This is much more moderate, looking more suitable for daytime, wearable, and not cloying because the fruity note softens it; the currants stand out on my skin and the neroli is beautiful. If you don’t like those flowers, I wouldn’t recommend it because they never stop smelling.

  • For me, it’s the best so far. It’s fascinating how it suits her on the skin… I hope to compare it with similar ones one day.

  • I bought it blind at a super good price and I love it. I’m not such a fan of neroli, but here they are beautiful, creamy, sweet, and vanilla-infused. It lasts a long time on skin and even longer on clothes. But when I wanted to buy another, there was no stock left; it was liquidated and discontinued. What a pity. I’ll keep it for special occasions.

  • I bought it blindly because of the price and absolutely loved it. I’m not usually a huge fan of neroli, but here it’s gorgeous: creamy, sweet, and with vanilla. It sticks to the skin and clothes even more. The downside is that when I wanted to buy another bottle, it was gone; they liquidated the stock and it’s discontinued. What a shame. I’ll keep it for special occasions.
