  1. I’m not sure if Jonathan David is mocking us or trying to sell us snake oil in 2026.

After testing it with various fragrances and compositions, my expectations were higher, though I always keep them reserved to avoid disappointment. On my skin, I notice a slight change, which is normal and I see as an intentional layering. I tried it with Xponential alongside Naxos, Guilty Absolute, Habdan and The Voice of the Snake; on my ungrateful skin, which seems to have teflon, the results were mixed. I compared it on both arms, with and without the boost, under different conditions of humidity, temperature and pollution throughout the day. The longevity increased, but not substantially: about 40 minutes more in the best cases, and then barely any trace left. The scent difference is minimal, especially with Day Boost (Night Boost is more noticeable in the dry-down). For the price, if the base fragrance is worth it, I think it’s worth it, although for the cheaper ones I prefer to reapply. The best thing is to try before you buy, as every skin is different. I will publish the same for Day and Night Boost as the experience is identical.

  3. @Jonathan David, curious that your only review is giving this a 10… I doubted buying the Night Boost, but now I know it’s smoke as @Hervi says.

  4. It smells like fabric softener on white linen: light, but with a persistent trail without being overwhelming. When used on its own, I think it combines perfectly with musky fragrances like Narciso Rodríguez.

What can I say? Juan created a work of art. I wore it with Acqua di Gio and it turned into beast mode; people used to like me, now they do, perhaps because it projects more. I already wear it on its own and I love it; they say it smells like a well-groomed man, I feel it like coming straight from the laundry, that exquisite clean scent. Moreover, the longevity is incredible: it’s been on my shirt for a week and it still smells. I think it will become my signature.
