It was one of my first perfumes; the first time someone sprayed it on my arm, I was absolutely blown away because I could still detect bursts hours later, and I bought it the very next day. It is ideal for autumn and winter, day or night. I don’t see it as particularly youthful; sometimes it smells like something for a man aged 35 and over, but the sweetness made me end up liking it more. Several colleagues at the office asked me what I was wearing because it left an exquisite trail, and on several occasions they could only detect me by scent. It is good to have as a signature fragrance. In conclusion, it is a very good perfume, but if I were to buy it blind, I would first test it on my arm to see how it develops and whether I end up liking it.
I bought the Your Touch original as a gift for myself, but it contained an ingredient that didn’t suit me at all, so I switched to the Your Touch Amber. It smells better to me than the first one, though it still lacks the punch to match the original. I’ve tried it recently and it has almost no projection, with an average longevity of between three and four hours, which is less than the Your Touch and far less than the OG. There are now several SWY clones that I believe outperform it, although they cost more (the Amber is around £15-18). In the end, I think I would invest a bit more in something better and longer-lasting, such as Odyssey Homme, Rayhan Corium, or Nitro White.
