The notes didn’t deceive me; I bought it blind and it’s a resounding no. It sounds like a catalogue, something very ordinary that simply isn’t for me.

A total success: summery, sweet but not heavy. The fresh, juicy, powdery fruit really comes through. It has received so many compliments; I’ve been looking for it since I smelled the original Armani on a colleague. Surprising quality for the price. I bought another bottle because the longevity is just about right, but that doesn’t take away from its merits.

It started as a little lemon with raspberry, citrus and fresh, with a dry-down that was vanilla and woody, which I liked. The opening is intense and I thought it would last, so I bought it. Today I applied it and the first thing was an undeclared patchouli (which I don’t like) with very sweet rose and wood, which covered everything and didn’t evolve. It felt less jovial and more serious. It is elegant, ideal for the office or evening events. I didn’t test the longevity, but the trail fades quickly after an hour.
