I hate to say it, but this is the only Annick Goutal I haven’t enjoyed. A friend swapped it for something else and let me try it. I only tested it once on my skin, though it didn’t really invite me to keep smelling it… On my skin, it felt literally like sun-baked skin on a beach. It brought back memories of those family holidays where I’d half-drowse in the sun, with my skin touching the sand and the sunscreen no longer smelling of anything. The scent that remained was very particular, not unpleasant, but certainly not something to wear all the time or dab on just to smell it whenever… I don’t know, first time I’ve felt this scent so clearly reproduced… I know I must try it again; the pituitary gland is a bit of a myth, but I’ll have to ask my friend for another bottle. The longevity was quite good, oh my Zeus, hahaha
