I absolutely love it! Another delightful surprise from F&M. Something peculiar happens with this brand: fragrances I thought I’d like based on their notes leave me indifferent, while those that didn’t initially catch my eye are the ones winning me over. I was thinking, ‘yet another rose? Une Rose, Noir de Noir, Lyric, Black Aoud… I’ve heard so much about these I didn’t think I could be surprised’, and yet! Harem Rose is a dark, intense, and very balsamic rose, far from the typical oud-infused roses (though I swear there’s a hint of oud) or rose with patchouli… In the end, it is a rose, but a different one, and besides, it’s among the best in the brand for longevity. As a rose-focused fragrance, I find it very versatile. If I were to buy an F&M today, it would be this one. Scent: 9, Longevity: 8.5, Sillage: 6, Value for money: 5, Versatility: 9, Originality: 7, Overall: 9.
