Curious that there are no reviews; there’s not much to say. If you like The One but can’t tolerate vanilla, lychee, etc., this EDT is perfect. It has the best of the perfume but is more wearable: fruitier, floral, and less vanilla. It’s the same scent but lighter. I like it quite a bit, super wearable for daily situations and not overwhelming in the heat. I don’t remember the longevity well, medium sillage. I’ll keep the Perfume for night and cold, and the EDT for all year: walks, office, dates, or summer.

What a pity there are no reviews for this scent; honestly there isn’t much to say. If you adore The One but can’t stand it because the vanilla and lychee feel too heavy this eau de toilette is your solution. It has the best of the original but is more wearable fruitier and floral with less vanilla; it’s basically the same scent but lighter. I really like it; it’s super wearable for everyday use and doesn’t overwhelm me in the heat. I can’t quite remember how long it lasts on my skin but the trail is moderate. I keep The One perfume for evenings and cold weather while this eau de toilette is perfect all year round—for going out the office a date or summer nights.

  • Perfumative

This is one of those perfumes where you either love it or hate it. It’s true that as an eau de toilette it’s lighter than the perfume version but that doesn’t take away from its intensity. In my opinion it’s a perfume for autumn or winter and for night use.

First I bought the EDT thinking it was the EDP. At first I felt it didn’t last; I bought it in cold weather I was disappointed by how little I noticed it then and I regret it because I loved the aroma. Time passed spring arrived and like by magic I felt it in all its splendour one mild afternoon. I don’t know what happened whether it was my pH or if the contents settled… the truth is I noticed it persisting much longer almost overwhelmingly without being cloying. The same happened with one of my Carolina Hermers so since that day I give fragrances time before judging them. One must take into account that a woman’s pH changes constantly and perhaps that’s the key. In summary it lasted six controlled hours which encouraged me to buy the EDP and my intuition didn’t fail; the EDP lasts much longer to my great delight. Surprisingly I realised that everywhere the EDP is sold cheaper than the EDT; I don’t know what the criteria is because in aroma they are identical but in longevity the EDP wins by a landslide. It was a pleasant surprise so I’m not complaining haha. I like the EDT bottle a bit more but that doesn’t detract from the EDP’s beauty. I think I won’t repeat the EDT but definitely the EDP. Please D&G don’t even think about reformulating it.

One of those perfumes you either love or hate. Although it’s an EDT and lighter than the perfume version, it doesn’t detract from the intensity. For me, it’s for autumn/winter and nightly use.

Bought it thinking it was an EDP. It disappointed me in winter due to its poor longevity and how much I regretted not trying it in spring. The weather turned mild and, like magic, I felt it in all its splendour, persisting almost overwhelmingly without cloying. The same happened with a Carolina Herrera; now I give fragrances time before judging. The pH changes and that explains much. Lasted 6 controlled hours, which encouraged me to buy the EDP that lasts much longer. Surprising that the EDP is cheaper than the EDT everywhere, with the same scent but the EDP winning by a landslide in longevity. Pleasant surprise. I prefer the EDT bottle but it doesn’t detract from the EDP’s beauty. Won’t repurchase the EDT but will the EDP. Please D&G, don’t reformulate it.

Received a sample and what a disappointment: very floral and intense, for a mature woman and winter/nightly use. Not my type. As they say here: ‘you either love it or hate it’. Don’t buy blindly, test first.

I received a sample from a perfumerie; I always thought of this fragrance but what a disappointment. I don’t like it; it’s very floral very intense for a mature woman and for winter and night use. It’s not the type of perfume I like. As someone said here ‘you either hate it or love it’ definitely that’s the case. It’s not a perfume to buy blindly; you have to try it first.

Flowers, fruits, and oriental accords create something soft yet present despite being an EDT. Wearable day and night, ideal for work or meetings. Lasted around 6 hours on skin with medium to soft sillage.

  • When I saw it in the perfumerie I thought: well a The One EDP loaded with citrus and orange blossom… and I was wrong! It’s a delicious fragrance. It has a floral nuance sweetened by white flowers giving an evolution that reminds me of the fields where I live in spring. With the floral scent and the broom dancing around the perfume is well balanced. The sweetness of the peach makes it youthful and seductive. Perfect for a carefree woman with her own style. Moreover it’s wearable both day and night. It has presence (almost more than the EDP which to me smells like hair lacquer) to attract glances and have people tell you that you smell good. An all-rounder EDT very Italian. To wear every day without getting tired of it. It’s very addictive good work by D&G. And for some reason on my skin it smells very natural even though it must have synthetic notes; it’s well crafted by Girard. It offers no harshness or shouting synthetics; it could pass for a niche perfume.

  • At first sight, I thought of a The One EDP loaded with citrus and orange blossom, but I was wrong: it’s delicious! A floral nuance sweetened by white flowers that evoke my spring fields. The flowers and heather dancing create a perfect balance; the peach sweetness makes it youthful and seductive. Perfect for a carefree, stylish woman, wearable day and night. It has presence (more than the EDP, which smells like varnish to me) to catch eyes. A no-nonsense EDT, very Italian, addictive and natural on skin thanks to Girard. No harsh synthetic notes; could pass for niche.

  • This fragrance is super versatile; I wore it in full summer and it didn’t overwhelm me now in autumn it has really stood out. Good trail and it has incredible longevity despite being an EDT lasting 8 to 10 hours if you spray it generously. Throughout its development it is a sweet floral due to that perceptible peach; it’s linear the scent doesn’t change but I was impressed by its projection for a D&G as I own others that don’t last as long as a Suspiro. Recommended 9/10.

  • Super versatile: not overwhelming in summer and stands out in autumn. Good sillage and lasts 8-10 hours as an EDT; if sprayed well, it’s a sweet floral due to that perceptible apricot. It’s linear, doesn’t change, but I was impressed by the projection for D&G, as others from the brand last less than a Suspiro. Recommended 9/10.

  • Smells like The One or Essence but lighter. It’s peach and amber with a touch of lily, sweet yet weightless. Soft projection and lasts around 8 hours on skin, though dispensable if you already own the Essence, which is deeper. Ideal for those wanting something lighter. Rating: 7.5/10 scent, 8/10 longevity, 6.5/10 sillage, 6/10 value, 8/10 versatility, 7/10 packaging. Did not purchase.
