Bought it with high hopes and was pleasantly surprised: it smells quite different from what I expected. It’s a rare scent, heavy on resinous, green, and balsamic smoke; that smoke feels more like black tar than frankincense. After 20-30 minutes it settles, revealing galbanum, cedar, herbs, and lavender. It’s an unusual take on a barbershop fragrance, strictly for gentlemen and fans of classic heavy fougères. What disappointed me is that, despite being an Eau de Parfum, its longevity and projection are rather discreet. I love it because it breaks away from the traditional fougères I already own. Suitable for men over 35, for any occasion. Scent 7.5/10, Sillage 4/10, Projection 4/10, Longevity 3.5/10
