Floris is that London house from the 18th century that remains alive through family tradition. Their fragrances have been worn by royalty, politicians, and stars; they are artisanal with top-tier essences at a reasonable price. They exude class, and best of all, they suit all ages. I wore this in winter; it’s an amber-vanilla, resinous, and distinctive oriental. The longevity is brutal, the sillage moderate, but given the quality, I put it on in the morning and can still smell it the next day, plus it leaves an incredible scent on clothes. The notes are very well blended, nothing stands out over the others, leaving a balanced and slightly linear impression. The amber wraps everything in a sweet, exotic aura. To me, it feels unisex, looking great on romantic and sensitive people, with an aroma that leads to intimacy. Quality and exclusivity in equal measure.
