It’s a fragrance very similar to Fort & Manle’s Amber Absolutely. It features balsamic, amber, and sweet notes, but with a dirty, soapy, slightly animalic base. Peruvian balsam and benzoin form the foundation, accompanied by a very perceptible osmanthus with its sweet, fruity floral touch, and an Amyris that adds a greener, drier floral aspect. The musk gives it body and strength, reinforcing that dirty, soapy character. What stands out most is how natural the ingredients feel. I think it’s a well-rounded scent for spring and autumn nights, or for daytime wear in autumn and winter. Longevity is good, though projection is quite weak, staying close to the skin from the start.
