I bought it for novelty’s sake, but it turned out to be dreadful, with nothing noteworthy; in fact, it’s not even worth writing more about. Do not buy it. It has a very synthetic note that ruins any good impression one might have of the scent.
Is a perfume that lasts, at best, two hours worth the price? Mmm, it depends, but I’m not buying it anymore. It’s worlds away from Nautica, which is three times better. It smells a bit like Acqua di Gio Cologne Concentré, with vetiver, marine notes and fir, and a rich opening reminiscent of Nautica Voyage… but the longevity and concentration are abysmal; it doesn’t even reach the heels. If it smells good, the ingredients must be quality, yet the projection is terrible. What is the point of making something if you’re going to do it badly or mediocrity? Comparing it to YSL or Ysssei Miyake L’Eau Super Majeure feels almost sarcastic, as I own them and they are absolute stunners, with no comparison. It’s like comparing a Lada Niva to a Land Rover: both are 4x4s, but the differences are enormous.
