  A solid EDT that has remained in production since 1995. It feels like a very proper fragrance, stepping away from what we’ve grown accustomed to nowadays, which is a plus in my view. I believe it can be worn in almost any season, though it might shine more in spring or autumn, as excessive heat causes it to evaporate too readily. What does Activist smell like? An intriguing question. My sense of smell picks out the amber and woody notes quite clearly, while the rest are harder to detect. Still, there’s no need to dismiss the other listed notes, because the dichotomous interplay between amber and woods makes it highly appealing, particularly for personal wear and enjoyment. Consequently, it doesn’t seek to project like a beast or intrude on the personal space of those around us; it doesn’t aim for it, doesn’t want it, and doesn’t need to, operating instead in a closer, more intimate segment. One of its peculiarities is its very metallic scent, which is rather curious, to be sure, but lends it an air of elegance and presence. As for longevity, it delivers on its promise: a medium-low projection lasting around two hours (you can easily detect it from your arms), after which it lingers slightly on the skin before fading away completely by approximately five hours.
