Descripción
Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria Florabloom is a floral fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2024, this olfactory composition was created by perfumer Delphine Jelk. In its top notes, mango intertwines with the freshness of bergamot and lime, also known as green lemon. The heart of the fragrance reveals a floral harmony composed of neroli, violet, rose, and iris. To finish, the base notes provide warmth and longevity thanks to the presence of coconut, musk, and sandalwood.

One of my favourites to wear. Although it is subtle, it rarely goes unnoticed, and many tell me it smells beautiful. I’m surprised that the body mist lasts almost as long as the perfume, a huge plus. If you like that clean, feminine touch, try it without hesitation.
I tried it yesterday in a perfumery: it is beautiful, but the blend of coconut, neroli and sandalwood feels sticky and cloying. The sandalwood adds significant longevity to that heavy sensation, only slightly lightened by the flowers and fruits, which in turn make it feel a bit muddled. It creates tension with that creaminess. I can only imagine it for strictly feminine, elegant use, such as evening dinners; for a man, it would be too much.
Lovely perfume, but ultimately insignificant to my nose. The unforgivable flaw is that it lasts literally 30 minutes on the skin; I have to put on a bit of imagination and press my nose against it to detect it faintly. A resounding no for that failure.
Beautiful, yet I don’t quite get the coconut: it smells like natural oil or water, not synthetic. To my nose, it’s just as odd as reading the notes: spring flowers and fruits paired with a coconut that simply doesn’t fit.
