I love it; it’s citrusy, tangerine and cardamomo, very natural with a well-crafted structure that is noticeable. It is elegant and relaxing, perfect for these Saharan heat days: a shower and a few sprays of Solis and enjoy life. Medium longevity and a shy projection after the first hour, close to the skin, but the scent is delicious and lovely. The brand is absolutely undervalued; I have other fragrances and they are magnificent. Worth it if you are hesitating.
It has been super evocative for a reason: my grandmother’s remedy. It involved caramelising sugar and squeezing an orange over it just before serving (I’d also add a sprig of rosemary). This Aqua Solis smells exactly like that with a pleasant earthy touch (here I agree with Mr. Félix on the slice with flambéed sugar from certain cocktails). I don’t consider it that fresh (especially compared to Aqua Mystery), with a longevity on my skin of 6 hours and a decent projection for a cologne with natural botanical ingredients (8/10).
It’s good for a cologne; I detect a sugary note with lots of orange, ideal for sunny afternoons in spring and summer. By the way, I own other products from the brand and they are top quality.
