Interlude by Amouage, without that overpowering smoky and oregano note at first, is the dry-down of Interlude throughout its entire life; exquisite.
Spectacular, smoke, myrrh, frankincense… it smells like an Arabic perfume in the Interlude style. It’s not very long-lasting; it reminds me 99% of Swiss Arabian Abayad Oud (the white square bottle), but SA is more potent and persistent. Anyway, for the price (10 euros for a 30ml bottle), it’s a real bargain, and there are many varieties. I think I’ll order almost all of them… I’d give it an 8.
