Champaca smells a bit odd but it doesn’t ruin anything: it has a very bright citrus touch and a yellow floral note reminiscent of ylang-ylang, yet more complex. The base is clean and the perfume feels fresh from start to finish. It might resemble several women’s fragrances, but if you look closely, the champaca gives it an original twist; although they say it belongs to the magnolia family, to my nose it smells different. Highly recommended for women and hot days. Performance is excellent. Rating: 7.5/10
