  1. I picked it up in summer and it’s addictive: vanilla, tobacco and jasmine. It transports me to a souk, voluptuous and cheerful with spicy notes, without veering into vulgarity. It’s not for when you’re dressed to the nines, but rather for wandering around like Don Quixote—casual and different. It reminds me of Tom Ford, but this is darker and more serious, as one might say in a chemist’s. The price is a bargain; that’s life. I haven’t seen it in a while, or perhaps it’s just coincidence.

  2. Borbúa's Parfum

I was hoping to find reviews for this fragrance from Victoria Limited Edition Vicky Martín Berrocal EDT 100ml, but I can’t locate it on Fragrantica.

  3. I remember buying it a few years ago in summer; it was addictive. It’s worth noting that vanilla stands out, along with tobacco, plus a touch of feminine jasmine. Unintentionally, my senses transported me to a souk, full of voluptuousness and cheerfulness, with a spicy aroma that doesn’t veer into vulgarity. It’s not a perfume for when you’re dressed to the nines; it makes me feel uncomfortable. I prefer daily wear scents that make me feel like I’m out and about, like Don Quixote the Knight, yet voluptuous, casual and different—and this is one of them. It does resemble Tom Ford, but the latter is darker and more serious, as one might say in a chemist’s. The price is a bargain; that’s life. I haven’t seen it in a while, or perhaps it’s just coincidence…

  4. This eau de toilette performs brilliantly on my skin; I can still smell it for ten hours without having to hunt around to find where I sprayed it. It leaves a moderate trail and its scent is delicious. It’s a dark fragrance, as its bottle suggests, super elegant and ideal for cold climates. If it has an evolution, the opening reveals spices and tobacco, which then give way to vanilla blossom. In the dry-down, the vanilla remains with tonka bean, while the spicy notes from the opening are still perceptible throughout.
