The scent was on my mind before I even tried it. Did I smell it when I was little? XD. I bought it blind because there were no testers; surely it’s old. I love it; it smells weird and special. It says it has peach but it’s acidic, I don’t know if it’s synthetic, nothing like the typical sweet one I dislike, this one is fine. Maybe the rest of the notes do the magic ✨. They say it smells like plastic, perhaps subtly, and I’m a fan of that XD

My first review and it couldn’t be about any other perfume than the one I’ve worn for 20 years 🥰, until it was discontinued. Seems they’ve put it back in perfumeries and the official website 😁😁. I’m not an expert, but I’ll give my opinion: it’s unique, easily recognisable and lasts a long time. You put it on your clothes and it lasts for days. It smells like ‘artificial’ fruit, not juicy peach, has an aromatic touch (perhaps ginger) and potent patchouli. I don’t notice the flowers. Ideal for autumn and winter 🍁❄️, not fresh, but with care it can be worn all year. Perfect for night 🌛, sexy and addictive. They say it has pheromones, I don’t know if that’s possible, but it generates magnetism. With fewer sprays it also works for day without being invasive. They say it’s for adults, I’ve been wearing it since 18 and it doesn’t smell like ‘old lady’. I tried X by Clive Christian and it’s very similar, but Clive is denser and less ‘fresh’. I stick with Gucci Rush. Give it a chance, there’s no scent like it 😍

The new reformulation smells like those perfumed vanilla plastic pots they sell to raise funds for children with cancer. It doesn’t smell bad… but that’s what it is.

I received the 2023 batch and it smells like plastic. Very synthetic aroma. Very bad purchase, obviously I won’t buy it again, nothing like the YouTube reviews.

I have a colleague who wears it and we ASK HER TO WEAR IT because we love it 😍. It’s one of the most delicious, refined, long-lasting and best-scented fragrances on the market. Wish they made more jewels like this 🙏🏻. Personally I think it works better on fresh days. It’s beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

I had an old review of this perfume and, having tried it again today, I wanted to update my thoughts: it smells very distinctive. Today, for the first time in a while, I smelled it and, instead of the initial nausea it gave me, it seemed strangely sexy and intimate. It’s sparked my curiosity to keep experimenting with it; the most interesting thing is that it smells this way and, according to my nose, it’s truly unique. As an extra note, the bottle looks like a horrifying kitsch eyesore, but it is certainly very different.

I must confess that this was a friend’s perfume back in the 20s and I didn’t trust her taste. However, I read Spartacus’s review and it piqued my curiosity. The opening is very patchouli and even vulgar; but then comes the jasmine, gardenia and peach, turning it into an intoxicatingly feminine scent; it reminded me of Benetton’s Tribe, only Rush is sweeter thanks to the peach. The rose blends very well with the jasmine. It has me fascinated, although it definitely smells like an old-fashioned perfume, something Samantha would wear in Sex and the City. I recommend it better for the evening; because it smells like that: stiletto heels, red lips, plunging necklines, champagne and sex.

If you want a perfume with great sillage, long-lasting power and an uncommon aroma, you must try it. Unfortunately, it’s not for me, as its cilantro note is very pronounced and that note doesn’t suit me. I must admit it’s not a bad perfume, I just recommend trying it before buying.

I received it today with great sadness that it has been reformulated. Nothing like what I tested 15 years ago; the previous version smelled delicious, something addictive. I don’t understand why they change the formulas so much; I wouldn’t buy it blindly.

I bought it for €50 in a Duty Free; I know they are discontinuing it and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity. The packaging and the vibe appealed to me greatly; I think it’s a perfume that Kate Moss could have worn in her youth. The scent is pleasant, quite different from what is used nowadays, and it’s good for having something different. However, I truly don’t know where people get the idea that it is very long-lasting; it must be the previous version; the one I bought lasts less than Zara perfumes. I applied it this morning at 10:30 and it’s nearly 17:00 and obviously there’s no trace left on my skin or clothes. It’s very pretty but I regret buying it a bit due to its poor performance; I also don’t feel it is as nocturnal as people comment. Edit to say that I reaffirm what I said and what a disappointment; it has been the biggest perfume disappointment of my life; it must be the reformulation but the sillage and longevity are terrible.

Thousands of desires, but the reality was harsh: I bought it blind and finding it here in Mexico is a nightmare. The longevity is minimal and it projects nothing; a poor purchase for the price. For this style, Hypnose by Lancôme is a thousand times better; the lilac one smells identical. Edit: on clothes it’s lovely, smells like new vinyl and ripe strawberries, I imagine how it was before the reform.

Something strange happened to me: I got dizzy. It’s not a metaphor; literally it dropped my blood pressure and gave me nausea. I detected a synthetic note, like rubber or gum. Was it bad? Or perhaps something rejects me… Although for that reason it’s already interesting, hehehe. I might try it again if I’m in the mood (I’ll bring menthol sweets). Edit: I read I’m not the only one. What a controversial perfume, it awakens passions and hatreds. I’ll return, but mentally prepared.

Super imposing, intense, with great presence, leaves a trail and lasts a very long time. Impressive. To love or to hate. For winter parties. Without a doubt, it doesn’t go unnoticed. I used it, forgot about it, and then I loved it; I used it again and it lasted years without losing quality. If it returns, I’ll buy it without doubt.

I do love it, since my adolescence. Yes, it is synthetic, but no other smells like Gucci Rush, very sexy…

I sprayed it on my wrist two and a half hours ago and on my skin it creates that strange mix that gives me nausea; so far only Kenzo Elephant (this was worse) had given me this. There is something in Rush that reminds me of Elephant, that spicy sweetness I can’t stand. After some time the intensity dropped, but the first two hours were horrible.
