  • Disappointing; I bought it blindly and it smells very synthetic. While it has the DNA of Le Beau when dry, it projects nothing for perhaps half an hour. There is no good dupe for JPG’s Le Beau; it’s better to save up and buy the original than these synthetic clones.

  • In my view, another poorly executed dupe of Le Beau. The perfume isn’t bad, simply it doesn’t reach what it sets out to be. This fragrance is a midpoint between Le Beau and Asad Zanzibar.

  • In perspective, it’s another poorly executed dupe of Le Beau. The perfume isn’t bad, simply it doesn’t reach what it proposes. This fragrance is a midpoint between Le Beau and Asad Zanzibar.

  • None of the Le Beau Le Parfum dupes reach the mark; they always fail to capture the creamy pineapple accord. They tend to be juicier with lighter dry downs, more citrusy and less woody than the original EDP. They would make a decent dupe for the EDT but never quite nail the similarity.

  • Bharara God

I don’t understand @Kouzy’s comment; it’s a perfume very close to Le Beau, with a beachy vibe. Projection, sillage, and fixation are normal for perfumes of today (one or two hours plus four hours on skin). Synthetic? Probably at the same level as the JPG ingredients.

For its $15 price tag, you can’t ask for much: the scent is well-executed from the start, you can feel the best part of the JPG, but the only flaw is that it lasts a breath. Literally, I carry the bottle and with ten sprays it lasts at best thirty minutes. Because of this terrible performance, I use it as a room freshener at home, haha. Apart from that, the scent is very good, not feeling alcoholic or synthetic, quite creamy. If you like smelling good in your personal bubble, buy it, but if you want to project, you’ll need fifteen sprays at least; there must be better Arabic dupes 🤙.

In my opinion, it’s worth it; it seems like a decent clone of Le Beau with creamy vibes. The opening is heavy on the pharmacy alcohol smell, but gradually the similarity reveals itself. It’s strange to accuse it of being extremely synthetic when the JPGs aren’t very natural. Note: this perfume doesn’t aim to resemble Le Parfum.

In my opinion, the perfume is worth it; it seems like a decent clone of Le Beau, even with creamy vibes. The opening does have an abundance of pharmacy alcohol smell, but gradually the similarity reveals itself. It’s strange to accuse it of being extremely synthetic when the JPGs aren’t so natural. Note, this perfume doesn’t aim to match Le Parfum.

For its price, you can’t ask for much, around $15. The scent is well-crafted from the opening; you can feel the best part of the JPG, but the only flaw is that it lasts a mere breath, literally. I carry the bottle when I go out to spray myself 10 times and they last at best 30 minutes; due to its terrible performance, I use it as an indoor ambientiser, haha. Apart from that, the scent is very well done, not alcoholic or synthetic, quite creamy. If you like smelling good in your personal bubble, buy it, but if you want to project, look at better Arab dupes 🤙.

There are better dupes for Le Beau. Generally, it’s okay; it smells great at first, though it’s quite alcoholic, then it softens and leaves a very present coconut. The problem is it doesn’t last at all; after four to five hours, it’s barely noticeable.

  • As a dupe for Le Beau, there are better options. It was a blind buy and initially didn’t last more than four hours, but after letting it macerate for two months, it now lasts about six. It smells sweetly of coconut, not too creamy, but what I love most is the dry-down: I detect a light cardamom note with sweet, soft woody touches. Longevity (macerated): 8/10, Sillage: 5/10, Scent: 8/10, Price in Chile: 20/10.

It delivers for the price, but don’t expect something ultra-refined; get it cheap or it’s not worth it. I recommend it for the gym, something informal, and for those under 25.

  • I bought it over a month ago and after several tests, I’m sharing my experience. I own the original fragrances (JPG Le Beau and Le Beau Le Parfum) for comparison. Scent and evolution: There is a subtle difference upon spraying; the coconut note isn’t as creamy or prominent as in the Gaultier DNA, but after 3 to 5 minutes it settles and the resemblance is astonishing. It achieves 90% to 95% accuracy in its dry down. Performance: On my skin, it lasts a maximum of 4 hours. Although the performance is moderate, the quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable: paying $16 compared to the designer’s $100-120 justifies it completely, allowing reapplication without guilt. Rating: Scent: 9.5/10 (almost identical in dry down). Longevity: 6/10 (requires reapplication). Sillage: 4/10 (stays close to the skin). Price: 10/10 (excellent budget option).

  • Bought this a month ago and, having the originals (JPG Le Beau and Le Beau Le Parfum), I did a direct comparison. Upon spraying, the coconut isn’t quite as creamy as the original, but after five minutes the resemblance is brutal: a 95% match in the heart phase. It lasts four hours on my skin, but at $16 USD compared to the designer’s $120, it’s madness: it’s worth every penny and you can reapply without guilt. Scent: 9.5/10, Longevity: 6/10, Sillage: 4/10, Price: 10/10.
